“The most important reason for giving this rating is the excellent customer service I received during my visit to the USP store. The staff was friendly, especially Elsa she was very helpful, professional, and made my experience pleasant. I truly appreciated the great service and wanted to recognize them for it.”

“My store at 7862 W IBM Hwy in Kissimmee is a wonderful store. Zinet as a manager has trained the staff well. They always great me when I come through the door, Zinet greets me by name. When I have several bulky packages Zinet, if not assisting another costumer, always offers assistance. The other employees also offer, when not helping others. That type of customer service is rarely seen these days and is greatly appreciated.”

“The staff here have always been amazing and helpful. The only reason for not being a 5 star review is because they seem to be understaffed. Not their fault though.”

16745 Cagan Crossings Blvd Suite102B, Clermont FL 34714
“I feel 5 stars are insufficient to express my opinion of United Parcel Express of Clermont. I came to them with the challenge of an automotive key that was “different”. The associate present worked diligently to assist me and take care of the duplication. It was refreshing to experience this level of personal customer service. I will return and sponsor them and recommend them highly.”

“I went to the back of the Walgreens store where the FedEx drop off part is. Waited a bit but understandably they are probably working small manned crews. I dropped off some packages, the transaction went smooth enough. No complaints besides having to wait and make sure I was noticed by staff to let them know I was waiting.”

8400 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee FL 34747
“It is a small area. I guess it's to be expected. They only do packages with the bar code available for scan. So if you have a UPs package it is has the code to enter they will not be able to do it. You might as well go to your nearest UPS location. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They seem to have limited staff as well.”

“I was dropping off ink recycles and had a small purchase. It was crazy busy in the store as it was during the holidays. There was a line for returns and a line for purchases. Sam was working both at the same time with remarkable customer service. His attitude was so friendly and filled with Christmas spirit. This is definitely not the norm while shopping in area stores. He's a great asset to Staples! I also would like to note that I have excellent delivery service from this store. Thank you! A year later-I made a significant purchase. Luis was extremely helpful. Unfortunatley I had to shop shortly before store closing but he still had a great attitude, answered all my questions, helped with coupons, etc. This store always has exceptional customer service, not very common nowadays. THANK YOU!”
