“Heather was a delight and extremely helpful! I am thrilled with my experience. It wasn’t my first time in the store but we have been having difficulties finding the correct hardware for our shower and she was an unexpected gem! She helped us locate what we needed even though they didn’t have it in store she was able to find it for me and have it shipped to us. Fingers crossed it all works but this is the best I’ve felt about this bathroom since we started it! Thanks Heather!
EDIT UPDATE: We came in on Heathers day off sadly BUT I do have to say Kathy was an absolute delight as well! You can tell these women love their job and that is refreshing! Thank you Kathy for your assistance and lovely nature. When people ask me why I shop Ferguson Home I tell them it’s because of these ladies! Top notch customer service! And that is hard to say in this day and age.”

I walked in and immediately had a warm welcome. I was shopping for a very simple fridge and Eric helped us find just the right one. I was shopping with my mom and a toddler and the whole trip was very easy. After picking out the right fridge for us Eric had us set up for delivery and checked out. Thank you to Eric and team, if we need anything appliances in the future we will be back.”
