They feature gourmet kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and very clean, including the trash area. Residents enjoy a sparkling pool, a nice hot tub, a great fire pit, a zen garden, and a 24/7 Fitness Center with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a car cleaning area. The location is near everything, with Clearwater Beach about 15-17 minutes away, and Tampa and St. Petersburg approximately 30 minutes away. The move-in process is extremely easy and no-hassle. Staff are described as wonderful, very helpful, cordial, friendly, and eager to assist, providing very good service and going above and beyond to make the process smooth. The experience of living there is considered perfect, with no issues reported, and it is highly recommended as a wonderful place to live. Walk-ins are welcome.
