The atmosphere was inviting, and the store was impeccably clean, with polished floors reflecting the soft fluorescent lighting above. It felt like a refreshing oasis dedicated to energizing beverages.”

“Pleasant experience for my first time. I was just passing thru the area and stopped in for lunch. Manager and cashier were very helpful. And as always it was a pleasure to do business with Publix where they make you feeling so welcomed.”
“Cheapest gas in town!!! You do need a membership, but they also have free tire air pump for everyone. Although depending what time of day you go there can be pretty long lines for the pumps, as I mentioned you can't beat their price on gas. It's just pumps though, no convince store attached---but they do have attendents if you need assistance.”

“A GREAT store. Good customer service and excellent quality products. The only thing I have a problem with is that the Deli does not open up as early as the store itself. I do my grocery shopping early and I can't get any Deli products cause the Deli doesn't open for about an hour AFTER the store opens so I have to go a second time just to get what I need from the Deli.”
“Good location, plenty of parking. The best department for me is the Deli/bakery. The food is great. Good prices on most products. Cleaning in all departments. The bathrooms are impeccable.”
“This is our second time using Garden Grocer and we were very pleased with their service. We used Garden Grocer on our trip to Disney and they delivered our items promptly. They have a wide selection to choose from and their site is very easy to use. On our next trip to Disney we will definitely be using Garden Grocer.”

“I love Costco. Only frustrating thing is that the self service pay lanes, do not have a bar code scanner at each station. You have to wait for an associate to walk over and scan your items and they only do large items. It just not efficient.”
“Food was delicious. We had a cheeseburger and fries, sushi, empanadas, ice cream, milkshake and nutella crepe. All of it was so good. We will definitely be back to try the places we were too full for. The live music was also very good.”

“Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son's 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”
“I stay in Winter Park and happened to be out this side for work, and on the way home, I decided to get some breaded wings to take home. While waiting, I also decided to get some deli slices. Jeanette and (I forget her name ?) helped me out. I swear this kinda of customer service should be the standard at every Publix. They were so kind and helpful. Also, the Assistant Manager, Mavrick, was also helpful as he walked by and asked if I needed help . After telling him I was waiting on wings, he walked into the back to check on the order. If I could get this kinda of customer service at every Publix, they would be my main place to get groceries. I hope those 3 are recognised for their fantastic service, and I hope Publix recognises their standout workers. It's rare to see it, and when it's showed it should be highlighted so they get recognition. The 3 half left a large but positive imprint on me. I hope to see them if I return.”

“Had the oil changed for the first time at Walmart in Clermont. The woman employee that was working the line for the changes will never win a Ms. Congeniality contest. I had a few questions and she never looked up from her screen. Made zero eye contact and spoke into her Ipad in such a low tone that I had to keep asking her to speak up. She never smiled and was not the least bit friendly! Send her back to good customer service 101.
Also, I was in the grocery area and a woman with a small dog and no “service dog” vest was allowing the dog to walk next to her. She had to stop because her little dog decided to take a dump. She used a bag to pick it up but left feces on the floor….lovely. I can’t imagine how many items she touched and customers picked up the residue on their shoes that she left on the floor. With the elimination of the greeters there are no employees stopping customers with dogs at the door. A service dog must be clearly marked and are trained not to alleviate themselves in a store. Train your employees to kindly ask them to leave the store with their non-service dog, it’s a health matter.”
“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. This location is across from the Citrus Tower. It is clean and located in a shopping plaza, so parking is not an issue. It has a good vibe and I enjoyed my time shopping here. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”
“Today had moderate damage done to my car in the park lot, but the manager looked at security tapes and found it was a cart that was let loose, but no proven source so no police report would be of value. I'm thankful for the manager to take the time to be sure that a culprit could not be identified. Kudos for her effort! This was in Claremont”
