“I received an email from Addition Financial that $75 was waiting for me so I continued to read the email and it was an advertisement for the Benefits checking account that has some great perks so I made an appointment online to change accounts on Friday in the branch but on Tuesday I received a phone call from Serenity Baumgardner that she could do it over the phone and save me a drive. I am so appreciative for this because I did not have to leave work to make this happen. She also sent information about the Savings account I was eligible for because of the checking account switch and was able to change that as well without me having to change my plans. Amazing customer service I received today from Serenity.”

Miranda, here at the branch helped with verifying that the text message was legitimate. She made some calls to verify that it was an actual message from the loan department with Space Coast Credit Union.
Afterwards, she helped when I had questions regarding the fields on the insurance verification website.

“We came in to open a CD and a savings account. We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Anyways, Dylan was BEYOND helpful and showed a great attitude during the entire transaction and never showed annoyance with our questions or the fact that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm. HOWEVER, the blonde girl with the glasses (didn’t catch her name but i think her name tag said Caitlyn) showed EXTREME dismay and annoyance that we were there. She did not try to hide it or anything.”

“I had an issue with my account that was caused by me. I went in spoke with Rob to see if we could correct what I messed up. Due to it not being processed yet, I was told I needed to come back after processing and Rob would correct it for me. The next day, first thing in the morning Rob called me and told everything was taken care of…I was blown away. You don’t come along that kind of service anymore let alone someone who remembers you from the day before and instead of waiting for me to return to the bank, he did it for me! Simple gesture by Rob but you’ve made a client happy for choosing SCCU. I’ll never leave this bank.”

“Everybody there is so nice and helpful. I had a problem today from a mistake a bank representative made with on line banking and the girls at the branch explained everything to me. It ended up just being a misunderstanding but because they really knew their job, they were able to calm me down and explain everything so I could better understand..”

“Great bank but terrible customer service. I took out some money for rent the other day and told the lady how much I needed and what I wanted. Then somebody came over the speaker and said hi how can I help you and I said oh somebody is already helping me. Was too far to see her name but she had medium length blonde hair and rolled her eyes at me and so rude.just because you are behind glass doesn’t mean I can’t see you. Next time I go there I am definitely saying something!”
