“I have used this place for a little over two years for various government paperwork, shipping and fingerprinting. Bhavin and Shraddaha were engaging, friendly and cared about their customers. They have taken the time to get to know their customers and meet their needs. This is the best place to go for any of your shipping needs without a doubt. Always a pleasure to see them when stopping by.”
“Excellent experience. Great customer service, the staff is very friendly and Jane is very accommodating. Thank you merritt island mailroom. Also their mailbox is a quarter of the price of UPS down the road, love to support a nice local business.”
“Even though I live right next to the Cocoa UPS store, I will be going to this one from now on. I went there thinking I was prepared and I wasn't but the lady was patient as heck, very nice and very professional!!! I will definitely go to this location
from now on.”
“I arrived with objects to ship and Michelle went out of her way to get my package organized and shipped as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Wonderful customer service!”
“It was in a convenient location to the beach. Didn’t know it even existed until I used GPS to find the nearest location. It is a small store hidden away, but will use it again when I am out that way.”
“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”
“This location is always clean, well staffed and efficient. There are several Amazon drop off location near me and I pick this one EVERY time because the staff is helpful and patient even during the holidays.”
“The store is open every day of the week with decent hours. The only thing missing is a dedicated parking spot for this store. Some of the food stores in the strip mall have a parking spot for their business. This would make the location a 10/10. Please consider it for quick drop off of larger packages.”
“I guess its true, they do deliver through rain, sleet or snow as well as government shutdown. My mail person delivered a package in a torrential downpour and was absolutely soaked doing it. They deserve 10 stars.”

“Jay in this store was fantastic. He helped me sort out a multitude of Amazon returns for similar products in different colors as the Amazon website was not helpful with these logistics. Great associate as are all their employees. 5 star for sure!”
