I worked with Jorge and he helped me for well over an hour with a phone upgrade and some other account issues and was very attentive and patient and took extra time and care to assist me and answer my questions. He truly wanted me to have a good experience and went above and beyond to provide great service. I was having a horrible time trying to get my email fixed, and your employees, Gary and Jam And they went way out of their way to help me. They spent a lot of time with me and they got my phone working right it has been months. I had 50,000 emails in my box. They fixed them and got rid of it. “Great place. I had gotten my phone fixed 6 month ago at a different place near me, guy took over a week to fix it and charged me nearly $100. The phone broke again within 6 months. Brought it to Rapid Repair, the guy opened my phone and showed me the mess the other repair shop had made, told me to order the screen on amazon and fixed it for me the next day. Total cost was about $50 including new screen. Owner is awesome and I will go back to him If i ever need.”

Harlan remembered me when she gave him my name. Harlan helped Sefi to verify payment and told her that I could use my phone right away.
