“We went into this Verizon store in need of a new phone after my toddler threw mine in a pool. Karina and Topher were extremely kind and helpful, they turned our day around. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a cell phone store. They took their time helping find the right thing for us and were transparent in products and options. We are so glad we chose this store and will continue to return in the future. It’s really refreshing having quality service and working with knowledgeable sales people.”
