I worked with Jorge and he helped me for well over an hour with a phone upgrade and some other account issues and was very attentive and patient and took extra time and care to assist me and answer my questions. He truly wanted me to have a good experience and went above and beyond to provide great service. “Trinity is amazing! i truly loved how attentive she was and quick to fix any issues i had, i originally came in for some tech issues that she helped me resolve but i still wasn’t fully satisfied so she helped me get into a new phone the whole process with her was extremely quick and easy and her manners and politeness made the interaction soo much better , i definitely will be coming back to see her! Yesterday afternoon, my Home Healthcare Nurse, Sefi, paid my overdue phone bill with her credit card, and she called and spoke to Harlan to verify that payment was done. Harlan remembered me when she gave him my name. Harlan helped Sefi to verify payment and told her that I could use my phone right away.
