“My Samsung went for a swimin my pool and was not recoverable. I went into the AT&T store in Merritt Island and bought a new phone and Jonathan helped me to retrieve almost all of my info and helped me to set my phone up to back up everything. I felt a lot better leaving the store than when I went in. Hope he's always there.”

“Hello my name is Carrie Gilbert and I wanted you to know I can in to your store in Viera Florida. I was having a horrible time trying to get my email fixed, and your employees, Gary and Jam And they went way out of their way to help me. They spent a lot of time with me and they got my phone working right it has been months. I had 50,000 emails in my box. They fixed them and got rid of it. They were very pleasant and I would come back here and recommend the store to anyone. This store is in the plaza of fresh market. Thank you very much. I am happy to be an AT&T customer. Sincerely, Carrie Gilbert”

“I had an outstanding experience with Renee at Verizon Wireless. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the entire transaction. Renee went above and beyond by setting up all four of my phones and my Apple Watch without ever making me feel rushed. She handled everything with care, efficiency, and a positive attitude, making what could have been a complicated process completely stress free. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find. She truly made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Renee, for taking such amazing care of me!”

“Great place. I had gotten my phone fixed 6 month ago at a different place near me, guy took over a week to fix it and charged me nearly $100. The phone broke again within 6 months. Brought it to Rapid Repair, the guy opened my phone and showed me the mess the other repair shop had made, told me to order the screen on amazon and fixed it for me the next day. Total cost was about $50 including new screen. Owner is awesome and I will go back to him If i ever need.”

“I have never gone into a cell phone store and had such great service before. Justin and Brian were the most wonderful representatives I have ever met. Even with the T-Mobile system acting up, they still kept a smile on their faces and worked through it. With me being more polite and more professional than I've ever seen someone in that much stress. 10 out of 10. Would recommend this store to anyone I know.”

“AT&T STORE IN COCOA COMMENCE: 10 🌹 After a very disappointing experience with the TMOBIL, having constant problems that were not being solved even after wasted hours on the phone, we went to AT&T and were not only treated like royalty but received the most delightful service. Steven was a perfect ten..!! 🥰 Courteous-kind-sweet-and very knowledgeable. We switched and are very happy with the results. We are even paying less because we are seniors..!! ❤”

“Harlan is the most wonderful representative of the Metro by T-Mobile Store. Yesterday afternoon, my Home Healthcare Nurse, Sefi, paid my overdue phone bill with her credit card, and she called and spoke to Harlan to verify that payment was done. Harlan remembered me when she gave him my name. Harlan helped Sefi to verify payment and told her that I could use my phone right away. I have 3 very special people to thank - Sefi, Harlan and my God Almighty. You all 3 rock.”

“I added 2 new iPads to my plan for my children as well as new Apple Watch for myself this morning- and had a really pleasant experience with the team at T-Mobile. I was worried about billing, but Jessa & Jose did a great job getting me every available discount and credit they could. The manager even came out to double check, and it was a great experience all around. Thanks so much for dealing with my whining tweens, and my terrible math skills y’all! I’m so glad I switched over from AT&T. Highly recommend this crew to anyone.”
