Watched about 7 different people walk up to try the door… even the door says open Saturdays 10-3! It’s very easy to update your google business listing right from the app and it would save a lot of people the trip!”

“I was here on a Saturday to mail a package, and opted to go to the counter instead of self-service. It was less than a two minute wait, and the postal employee who assisted me was efficient and friendly! I was given options on how I wanted the package sent and chose the Priority Mail option (that way I received a tracking number). My payment was taken electronically, and I was given the receipt (with tracking number on it) in less than 5 minutes. Overall, this is a great little location. It's small, but it gets the job done. There's ample parking, too! I'll definitely be back!”

“Reading through these reviews, I can't help but wonder if the general public knows how the postal service works.The people working at this location are not in charge of when mail gets picked up and delivered. They are not responsible for delivery disasters - they process the mail and, in my humble opinion, do a fine job.The pricing is (to the best of my understanding) auto-populated under the USPS standards and pricing. They offer all options and, even if they do upsell for speedier delivery, they personally cannot guarantee anything and, by the way, neither does the USPS!P.S. There's no law that prohibits upselling - anyone worth their salt in sales does this. And you always have the right to request the least expensive option and refuse the upsell!”

“This is a small post office in the back of the Coral Ridge Shopping Center. I've been here many times and once again I'm surprised that a previous review hasn't shown up. I used to be here quite often when I had an office not too far away and would take my lunch break running a few errands in the area. We'd been downtown for lunch, and this was the closest actual post office, so we stopped by. We parked in lot in the back of the mall right near the entrance. Look for the American flag. Once again stamps will be going up in January. We thought we'd stock up on a few and get some Christmas/holiday themed stamps for cards. We use less and less stamps each year as most bills are now paid online, but every once in a while, we like to "snail mail" a greeting or birthday card. They had a nice selection, and we had our choice of themes. Although this place is tiny and there's a limited staff, the service here is excellent. The folks are friendly, efficient, and fast. If you're nearby and need a real post office, this one is worth visiting.”

She had to deal with the USPS system going down, the label machine malfunctioning and a line out the door with customers. “My package was brought to the wrong facility. It didn’t get delivered and honestly I am very upset with the whole situation.I do want to thank the two women who spoke to me today about it. The lady in the store directing me to her boss and her boss at the facility. It was at closing time after she clearly already had a really rough day. I’m sure I didn’t make it any better. But she still went the extra mile and tried to help me the best she could. I’ll be praying this woman gets some much needed rest and recognition that she deserves.”

“I sent a package from out of town to an elderly relative. in my hurry to get the package in the mail I put an incorrect street address. it was not delivered and returned to the post office. I went online and filled out a service request and included the correct info. I received a call that day and the service rep verified the address and said it would be taken care of in the next couple of days. She was very helpful and understood my situation. I received another phone call the following day telling me it was delivered. I really appreciated the follow up and customer service especially since I am from out of town. Great job and thank you!”

“I’ve had 2 priority mail letters mistakenly sorted at this place. It should be very simple to mail from Florida to North Carolina, but each time my packages ended up in the Northeast somewhere, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Priority mail should take 3 to 5 days both times it was a 10 day journey for a simple envelope. Also the short male employee that works all the way to the left was ever too happy to help a young woman with no mask, but when it was my turn he demanded that I put one on. Such hypocrisy and incompetence”
