3015 Grand Ave #145, Coconut GroveAnother awesome experience at Salt and Straw. This conveniently located Coral Gables ice cream shop is simply perfect. The creamy ice cream a variety of flavor is including an option for my puppy simply makes for a perfect experience every time I stop by. Personally, I could go for the Chocolate Gooey, Brownie, and the Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches every time and still think I had found ice cream heaven but I find it often necessary to go a script and try some of the other wonderful flavors, including the monthly specials. Sadly my dog is indifferent about the pup cup. Sometimes she's a huge fan and others she will turn her nose up to it. But never fear, the accommodating and wonderful staff is always willing to come through with a little dish of whipped cream that she will wolf down in seconds. Did I mention that that whipped cream is as good as homemade? When it lacks the old school ice cream shop, vibe and seems more touristy then I would like, it is still attractive and pleasant to be at in. The service is just so darn good that it matches the excellence of the product. Love it here and it's a must stop venue every time I am walking around in the Grove.

3430 Main Hwy, Coconut GroveWe had a great dinner. Our waiter suggested Chicken Fricasse, I got a perfectly cooked Beef Butgignon. Very nice atmosfere and welcoming service. Our table was window-side and the street scene was fantastic.

3035 Fuller St, Coconut GroveFriendly staff wonderful atmosphere award winning burgers thursday college night. Sometimes they have karaoke friday live music. Dart board and pool table. I think they have something like over one hundred different brews on tap. Truly an amazing selection. They've closed off the road at both ends.For very safe outside seating. Plenty of room to congregate and hang out with friends. Overall a great vibe.
