“We had a great experience at the Publix Super Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials. The layout made it easy to find everything we needed, and the aisles were wide and easy to navigate.
Customer service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help at every turn. One employee even walked us to an item we couldn’t find something you don’t see often anymore. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time.
We also appreciated the bakery and deli sections, which offered a nice selection of fresh, ready to eat items. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and stress-free exactly what you want in a grocery shopping experience.”

“My favorite Publix out of all of them that I've been to. I frequent here at least 4x a week. The staff is always very welcoming, and if the lines are too long, they're quick to open another lane.”
“I shopped early so no wait in a line to check out. The only down side to shopping early is the fact that some shelves were empty. No white bread, very little frozen meals and ice cream was space. The store was clean and everyone is friendly.”
“This store specializes in produce, prepared meals and gourmet items at good prices. Their produce is first quality and fresh. The prepared meals are great, we especially like the cooked chicken and salad dishes, the pizzas are always excellent. You can find unusual and delicious breads and pastries in the bakery section. A go-to spot for us when a meal at home seems like to much effort.”
“My fiance and I stopped at Publix because we heard they make great subs. We were not disappointed, the sub was great. Nicole who works at the deli made us a great sandwich and her suggestion of the sweet roll was spot on as was her suggestion of chipotle cheese. This young lady not only knows how to make a great sub but delivers a friendly smile as well. Thank you Nicole, we wish you the best!”

“Once again Publix does a fantastic salad bar? Great big store. Of course it's so clean but I fell in love with the salad bar with so many yummies to choose from. Deli It's phenomenal! Publix bakery is Awesome and the fresh breads are delicious ?”
“Very clean environment. From the floral department to the pharmacy. The employees are so very gracious to help you find an item, they will stop what they are doing and go get your wanted item (won't get that service at a Walmart superstore). Everything is located at the customer's convenience. I recommended shopping the Colony Plaza Publix on any given day. Thank you Publix for all the great shopping experience you've given my mother and me since I was a little girl.❤”
“I use Aldis like I feel it should be used, I get most of by weekly grocery shopping done there and still use another large chain for somethings I choice not to get at Aldi . Trust me you have to try it.”

“Did not like the way I was treated today while ordering. Like one worker seemed to want to attend someone not like us instead of us but ended up attending us with a very dry attitude. Tom Not friendly at all. Everywhere I go to Publix I love the people as much as the shopping experience, not at this one maybe it was my new york Yankees hat he didn't like. I will not return. Four stars because on the way out the last people I encountered were lovely people.”

“Love Publix pharmacies. My physician called in my scripts and the store was short on one of the scripts. Knowing that I needed the script, the Deaton store contacted the Publix pharmacy down the street and confirmed they had my scripts in stock and transferred the order so that I may receive both scripts this evening. I didn’t even have to ask. They offered to take on the task. Most places would have told me to wait until the next day. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make sure I had access to my scripts. I know how busy you all are. ❤️”
“I have been an employee and customer at The Fresh Markets for the past 20 years. I love buying my meats and coffees there. However, I am disappointed in the Pumpkin Spice coffee this year. It’s more spices than pumpkin! I hope they can go back to the original recipe next year.”
“The in-store roasted turkey breast is very good, better than anything you can get at other super markets. I have never waited "forever" to get service in the deli either. Also, Produce Dept is very clean, the fruit and vegetables are much better quality, and prices. The prices are up front. I like the rewards program. I these times anything helps. I think Publix has their people bashing this store, I've been to both.”
“This is hands down one of the best grocery stores in Florida. Winn Dixie has wonderfully fresh produce, a good selection of meats and seafood, a good deli and a great bakery. Their store brand is South East (SE) Grocers.”
“We always shopped at Wegmans, until we moved to Florida. The first thing on which I judge a grocery store is cleanliness; Publix receives an A+ from me, no matter which Publix store I have visited. The produce is fresh, appealingly displayed, and delicious to eat. There meat department is as good as any butcher I've found. Hats off to Publix.”

“Could be better, but wasn't bad. Nothing really good strikes me to say they were great, but I honestly wouldn't really go there if they weren't on the way. Not their fault, I just recently moved, and where I used to live didn't have a close by save a lot, so I'm not really used to the place. They are cheap, and they are conveniently located for me. Their service isn't bad at all, though not outstanding. There selection is a bit limited, which is the only thing I really dislike, but there's still plenty of good stuff. I'd recommend the place, if I didn't dislike crowded stores, so stay away so I can have peace shopping lol.
Joking aside, save a lot is actually pretty good. Could use more staff, and they could afford to clean more often, but otherwise pretty good ?”

Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”
