“We had a great experience at the Publix Super Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials. The layout made it easy to find everything we needed, and the aisles were wide and easy to navigate.

Customer service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help at every turn. One employee even walked us to an item we couldn’t find something you don’t see often anymore. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time.

We also appreciated the bakery and deli sections, which offered a nice selection of fresh, ready to eat items. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and stress-free exactly what you want in a grocery shopping experience.”

“Every Publix is ran the same exact way ,thats why their on top plus they have back up generator just in case a storm hits and the power goes out ! Walmart big as they are dont even have that and winn Dixie bakery and hot food was ridiculous thats why their closing down”

“Publix is always good. Clean, up to date, fresh foods, veggies, fish and meats, etc. If they don't have something you want they will try to get it for you. Very friendly employees too. Lots of variety. BOGOs every week and either a half gallon of ice cream or a carrot cake on your birthday after you sign up.”

“I have been coming to this Publix for over 11 years now and have never had a bad experience. Working for a company that is in the same parking lot, I have come to know and enjoy speaking with many of the staff at this location. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting April in the Deli who made my Ultimate sub to perfection. Her customer service skills are far superior to what I have come to find and expect from today’s customer service personnel. I watched her assist the guest in front of me who was picking up a pre-order. She went above and beyond to explain not only what she had in the containers that he had ordered, but also personally placed each of the ordered items into his cart before asking if there were any questions or anything else that she could assist with. As he left the Deli area, she came by the Sub area to apologize for the wait and let me know she would be right with me as she went to wash her hands before making my sub.
The details she went through while making my sub were awesome. I asked for regular mayo on the bottom of the bread, and spicy mayo on the top. Once she completed that, she took the time to close the sub to spread the two and marry them together. Then as she layered each of the requested items onto my sub, she went as far as to make sure that every item would be in every possible bite and even squeezed the banana peppers and pickles, so it did not make the sub “soggy”. Being in the customer service industry, I certainly let her know that she impressed me, I even went as far as mentioning that I had wished I could find a couple “Aprils” in some of my 9 restaurants that I oversee.
I did speak with someone up front in Customer Service regarding my experience, but I wanted to make sure I also gave the kudos online for everyone to see how awesome April is, at what she does. This is just another example of, where shopping is a pleasure at our local Publix in Spanish Plains off Bella Cruz Dr.

“Very clean environment. From the floral department to the pharmacy. The employees are so very gracious to help you find an item, they will stop what they are doing and go get your wanted item (won't get that service at a Walmart superstore). Everything is located at the customer's convenience. I recommended shopping the Colony Plaza Publix on any given day. Thank you Publix for all the great shopping experience you've given my mother and me since I was a little girl.❤”

I gladly bag my own due to this issue. And I gladly do it but I can't imagine when I was in the business doing this it was a common sense sort of thing. “Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”

“Love Publix pharmacies. My physician called in my scripts and the store was short on one of the scripts. Knowing that I needed the script, the Deaton store contacted the Publix pharmacy down the street and confirmed they had my scripts in stock and transferred the order so that I may receive both scripts this evening. I didn’t even have to ask. They offered to take on the task. Most places would have told me to wait until the next day. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make sure I had access to my scripts. I know how busy you all are. ❤️”

“The staff at this Publix pharmacy is super friendly. When I went in tonight, Zach knew who I was before I gave him my name. I guess I'm there too often?? lol He went above and beyond tonight. I was picking up two prescriptions, but I didn't realize one of them that was always free was no longer free. I didn't have the money for both prescriptions and he went online and found a coupon for me, which brought it down to where I could get both prescriptions. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I appreciate you Zach!! Thank you!”
