“Moving as we all know can be very stressful. Thoughts range from who do we trust, how many estimates do we get, how do we know they’ll do a good job, what if my stuff gets broken etc…. Well, l had the same thoughts, so decided to get several estimates. Josh, the “owner” of Albert’s Relocation come to our home to give us an estimate. We also had several other companies do the same and after getting the used car sales tactics I was over it! Josh was so laid back straight forward and HONEST!!! I knew I was dealing directly with him, not a team of customer service associates who have no authority to do anything! Our moving date changed several times and Josh and his team were so accommodating. We called Josh to see if he had someone that could come over to help pack last minute items. Josh sent his daughter Hanna over to give us a hand. Hanna helps her dad and the team with moves and she jumped right in and got it handled. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I was to Josh for sending Hanna over. The next day Josh’s crew showed up a few minutes before their scheduled time! WOW! the team started wrapping TV’s, furniture, everything and the truck was loaded! They even wanted to help with last minute cleaning! Then they were off to my storage facility. It was loaded on the truck in 30 minutes! Delivery was the next day and again the crew arrived early. The unloading went smoothly. The team put all furniture together and in the correct rooms as well as all the boxes! “This was my second time using Dixie movers. Always an excellent service. This time it was Elfan, Alex, Dima, and Roma helping us. They were very punctual and they worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight. The team was super careful and wrapped all our furniture very well. They handled all the disassembly and assembly, we just stood back and let them work. They were also super polite, always asking permission for everything. The price was very fair and included wardrobe boxes for free which no provider gives. I will definitely be using them again.”

We moved from Miami Beach (second story apt, art deco - no elevator) to Melbourne Florida. The company provided 3 expert movers, Jeremiah, Gato and Lion. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from *******, ** to **. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in **. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! Even told me where certain things were in storage unit for me to find. I cannot say enough great things about Nationwide Van Lines. Everyone involved with our move went above and beyond. “Vision Movers’ Renardo successfully moved us from Miami to New York City. The move was on-time and everything arrived in the same condition with no damage. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted upfront. I’m always skeptical of long distance moving companies, so it is a breath of fresh air to have a successful/flawless cross country move. “I called them and they booked a picking up for the next day early morning which was great. The workers were on time and they called me to let me know they were here which was excellent. I also requested for the storage service with this company. At the moment of payment the worker tried to charged me $384 in wrapping/protector paper and tape for one big couch, one chair with a foot rest, and one skinny table. He told me it was because it was a very expensive furniture. They did a great job wrapping it. However, I told him there is no way I will pay almost $400 for that, and I called the office immediately. After going back and forth, I ended paying $200. I forgot one piece and they did came back almost right away and took it without any hesitation. I’m also using this company for storage so I hope my items will be keep in a good condition. I will update the review according to what happens”

“Update January 19. The bookshelf is being repaired. Ronnie picked it up and also finished putting together the sofa that I didn't know how to connect. He was knowledgeable and professional. We all can make mistakes but our character is defined by how we repair. Thank you. I appreciate being a valued customer.Update: I got a call from the owner. He took ownership and apologized for my experience. I was credited an hr and he also offered to repair the bookcase. It was much appreciated.So sad to share my last experience with this company. This was my third move with them and my last. Routinely they add an extra hour to what they quote. This time I didn't want to pay an extra hour so it was the bare minimum I packed. Rafa called in the morning to confirm that even if they finished in under an hr I would be responsible for the three hours. I understood that and agreed. The two moving men were efficient and careful. One old bookcase was broken but it is fixable. I gave them a heads up to be careful and they did their best. I gave them clear instructions to how to park not to waste time when they got to new apartment. They didn't follow that instruction and lost time as a result. When they had maybe 30 min left, they stopped working so I could sign Paperwork and pay. Rafa on the phone then said he was adding another hour to the total. When I inquired, knowing they had lost 25 min parking in the wrong place, I was told they would leave my things out on the street. I didn't take that threat very well. When I made the mistake of speaking in Spanish to, Rafa, he clearly was offended. I was mid sentence and he hung up on me. I paid the ransom to get the rest of my things. I called the office to log a complaint. Monica who had helped me every other time I called was unavailable. I was told someone would call me back. Guy called from Marios(delivery man) phone. It was loud and on speaker. I asked them to kindly called my phone. That was last Wednesday and I'm still waiting on a call on Saturday. I will be looking into filling a complaint.”
