I’ve been dealing with a really difficult situation for almost a year. After my mom passed away, I was trying to return one of the phones from our family plan. It turned into a long and frustrating process — the warehouse kept rejecting the return, and I was still being charged a buyout fee even though I did everything I was supposed to. Honestly, I was at the point where I was ready to leave Verizon altogether.

“I went to this 7-Eleven about 30 minutes ago. It was bad outside. Stinks, but the inside is much better. The people in there are friendly and the customer service is on point! The thing that can use improvement is hygiene and garbage clean-up. Apart from that, it is fairly good. I would definitely come back.”
