“Friendly staff. Clean place. Except need to becareful and double check Expiration Dates. They have expired items on shelves, months old. Also items that about to expire like in a less then a week when usually should have months to expire”
“Well in another location ( undisclose) they didn't have several items.I wanted a particular Bogo so when I went to Douglas they had PLENTY indore flavors to choose.The other items were available too.I have a very courteous team member helping me as well..I definitely won't go back to the other 3 Publix on my area .Only to the Douglas location.

“This store is generally well-stocked and easy to get in and out of during off-peak times. Parking lot is a mess (why people get booted for using the lot next door) but one of the better grocery stores in terms of quality/value in the general area.”

“Good Publix supermarket, but honestly, it’s quite dated and it shows. Being in the heart of Coral Gables, such an upscale location, it must be renovated urgently!! Its lack of luster makes it look depressing. Publix is a nice supermarket, so let’s get on with renovations please!”

“Love shoping at this store but company managing the parking is a real scam!! They tried to charge me lost ticket fee ($50!!) because I said my ticket was in the groceries bags behind and I was traveling with a small child. I showed them my receipt, TJ bag were clearly visible in the back but yet I had this crazy lady yelling at me on the intercom that I had to pay her $50 lost ticket fee... I had to search for the ticket in the bags (blocking unfortunately other cars).. crazy !”
