“Customer service saves the day. I ordered a pre hung door to be delivered. The delivery was made timely but the door jam was damaged. I called them and they scheduled a return pickup for tge following day but never showed up. I called customer service and spoke with Lori and explained my situation and she offered help. She and Kim helped me through the process today. Lori and Kim fixed the problem for me.”
“My 5 stars is directed for two of the best experiences I had with one worker of Home Depot Coral Springs, his name is Mirtza , for me he was very knowledgeable about locations of everything I asked for, he was able to assist with loading the merchandise on my cart and most of all his patience to acknowledge other customers while caring for me is above the service I expected from a Home Depot employee. The PRO area has a couple people also that I will get their names and make sure I give a good review they work early mornings and is always ready to help. Great team.”

“I came in looking for spray praint for a outside project im doing. I didnt get the gentlemans name that helped me but he was very knowledgable and helpful in helping me find exactly what i was looking for. As for the checkout it went smoothly. I did self check out and the women that was assisting at the registers were very nice. It says alot when companies hire friendly people it makes the sjopping experience remerable. As there are other home improvement stores around- lowes is always my go to. They have great customer service and knowledgable employees. I will be back here for my next diy project!”
