South State has called me on my birthday every year since I have been with them every year to wish me a happy birthday and once, they even bailed me out of jail. The employees know, apply and go beyond the policy and procedures of the bank just to satisfy the customer.
In my 62 years, I have never been a customer of a finer financial institution.

“I had experience where my car was at the mechanic shop and I tried to purchase the part at O'Reilly's Auto parts shop my card was declined twice me not knowing why was wondering went to a ATM tried to withdraw the purchase of Mount of the auto park that was declined said transaction cannot be complete I called San Antonio customer service credit union line and I was help I forgot the young lady's name but she was very helpful to Miss Bailey member number 566 just wanted to say thank you very much and I'm glad to be a member my problem was solved”
