“On September 28, 2026, My mom and I went to Brandsmart USA in Dania Pointe to buy a new mircowave. At first when we got there, there was no one to help us. Not a single a employee didn't notice or approach us with assistance. Then, a fellow brandsmart associate by the name of Carlos Martinez came by with professional customer service and greeted us. He showed us a line of microwaves and asked what type of microwave we were looking to buy. Carlos found us the perfect mircowave and was very helpful. Carlos is a excellent employee and showed me and my mom the best customer service ever. Every Brandsmart Employee should follow Carlos's steps and guides to become a professional sales associate in Brandsmart USA.”

It was my first time ever trying on gowns, and Michelle made the process so comfortable, fun and enjoyable! The selection was amazing and I was able to try on all of the gowns I wanted, and ended up purchasing my dream dress. Every stylist in the store was so kind, attentive and wonderful! “Well organized but varied supply. Was looking specifically for sunglasses prior to a cruise and we found some but there were only about three styles. Daughter was also able to find a cute sweater but again there wasn’t a lot. Would still check it out if you need something simple and reasonable price.”
