“I'm giving this Chevron five stars because the staff here works hard and handles a lot with patience. The cashier today was doing everything she could, but the computer system kept freezing and she had to restart it. The issue isn't the employees - it's the outdated equipment and lack of support they've been given.
Management really needs to upgrade the POS system so the team can do their jobs without fighting the technology. The people here are great and kind-hearted; they just need better tools.
The cashier even knew the price of my beer before she rang it up - she clearly knows her store and her customers. For folks unfamiliar with the local culture, her communication style might seem blunt at first, but that's just how a lot of people in the south talk. Once you actually interact with her, she's a sweetheart doing her best with what she's got.”
