“This is hands down our favorite hotel in FLL area. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was exceptional. We also loved starting our mornings at the Constellation Café. The breakfast there was fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond by giving us waters upon arrival and holding our luggage when our room wasn’t ready, which made our stay even more convenient. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in the Fort Lauderdale area.

They do offer transportation to the cruise terminal if you sign up in advance, but we opted for a Lyft, which was about $20 for an XL. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and convenience!”

“Rooms were decent and clean. Clean being the most important. We evacuated from the west coast of Florida during Milton and stayed a few days. It is also pet friendly, which is a huge plus during bad weather.”

“I’m telling you upfront, don’t raise the prices. But this is by far the best price/benefit hotel in the area. I stayed for a week. They have coffee-tea 24 hours. Breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels in same price range. They should put more chairs to the pool area. And more equipment to the gym. Will be back for sure.”

“Got a daypass here after a cruise. Perfect location. Pool area is very nice. View is gorgeous. The pool itself is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant area also has lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We walked a few blocks and there were quite a few restaurants and shopping as well.Airport was not even a 10 minute ride. Shuttle comes every hour.”

“Stayed here with my family for 2 nights , everything was great during the stay. 1Br where we had stayed was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The weather was not very hot, but the pool was heated so we appreciated that and could swim without any problems. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for hospitality !”

“Highly recommend staying at the Hyatt House at Dania Pointe pre cruise! I felt like we got a whole extra vacation day staying here since it’s within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, music and entertainment at Dania Pointe. We traveled with our two young kids and the room was perfect with a pull out sofa for them and a kitchen. The pool was beautiful and an added bonus to enjoy our day pre cruise. We walked to Dania Pointe and enjoyed shops, restaurants and a fun splash pad for the kids. There was even live entertainment and music later in the day. TJMaxx was also walkable and a huge perk since we forgot several things for our cruise that we were able to grab before heading to the port. There is a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There’s also a shuttle from the hotel to the port for $16 or so a person. There’s complimentary breakfast available in the morning until 930.I would absolutely recommend staying here with kids or just as a couple/solo traveler. The rooms are clean and the staff were all so wonderful, helpful and kind. Thanks Hyatt House for a clean, smooth and fun day 1 of our trip!Nearby activities: Dania pointeSafety: Needed to use your key card to get in and out of the pool area. Surrounding area seems upscale and very safe.Walkability: Dania Pointe, TJ Maxx, lots of shops and restaurants. There’s a movie theater and what looks to be a bowling place coming soon.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast”

“This is an older hotel. Know this. And now that you realize it's not the Ritz or even a modern Holiday Inn Express, enjoy your stay. Clean rooms, mini-fridge and microwave, small table, two comfortable beds... very gracious and friendly desk person. We stayed here the night before a cruise from Port Everglades, and were very happy with our choice. Far less expensive than the hotels right next to the airport even with the Uber to and from, walking distance to a great breakfast place.”

“So, I’ve been staying at this Motel 6 in Dania for almost two months now. I’ve been going through some tough times, but I’m grateful for the affordable price. It’s just a three-minute drive to the beach, close to many restaurants and the airport.

The facilities could use some updates, but the new general manager is doing her best to improve them, one room at a time. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. Anne-Marie, in particular, is an amazing hostess. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest has a wonderful stay. The general manager and assistant managers are also fantastic and contribute to the positive customer service experience.

While the facilities may need some attention, the customer service is what makes this motel shine. I’m confident that things will gradually improve over time. Thanks again for everything!”

“I've not stayed at a Sheraton previously. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had the grilled chicken sandwich & fries from the bar/restaurant for dinner. I passed on eating the breakfast, due to the cost. The stuff that was offered for breakfast has been free at other hotels I've stayed at.”

“Pleasantly surprised. I was worried about our stay, due to quite a few bad reviews, but we had a great stay. Well located to the airport (with free shuttle) and cruise terminal. Service was good, only negative was we couldn't get through to the hotel at 9:30pm for the airport shuttle and had to go through the marriot main reservations line - this was nerve wrecking as foreign travellers, and the phone line should remain connected for people to organise shuttles. It took about 30 minutes to arrive. It was also difficult to find the meeting point, it would be helpful to have a map or some basic information on the website.Recently renovated rooms are very nice, clean, with a few modern touches (bathroom could use an update, but it is perfectly fine). Large room with kitchenette and sofa. Appreciated they offered bottles of water upon check in.Really appreciated the guest laundry on floor 6, which is $2 for a wash and $1.50 for the dryer - a pleasant surprise, after travelling for a week, great to get some laundry done.Free breakfast was adequate, and very well stocked with condiments. Basic hot options, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, pancakes and coffee, tea and juice. Nothing fancy, but a good basic breakfast. They coped very well, considering there were 7 bus loads of people leaving between 6am and 7am.Would stay again, don't be deterred by bad reviews.”

“I made reservations for this hotel while searching for safe place in the event we had to evacuate from the west coast for Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately, we ended up evacuating and found this hotel to be a very good place to hold up during the storm. The staff were all incredibly nice and always checked on us when we were in the lobby. Richard in the hotel restaurant was also very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach at Dania and a short drive to Ft. Lauderdale beaches. It is also located in a shopping area with restaurants and a movie theatre. I found this hotel to be very comfortable, convenient to everything the staff very nice and caring. We will be coming back but hopefully not because of a hurricane.”
