“Despite the reviews what people say on here. I have had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful with everything. The rooms was clean, quiet and bug free. You're walking distance to everything: walmart, winn dixie, restaurants, the beach ect... The only bad thing I can say is, that the air conditioning didn't really work, so it was a bit hot. Despite that I will definitely be booking again in the future..”

“We attended a wedding at the hotel. My husband experienced a medical episode and was attended to immediately by Brandon with security who quickly called 911. Zora Grant working for the hotel, who was in charge of the wedding party also assisted us and stayed with us thru out offering comfort and meeting all of our immediate needs. Thank you to both of these amazing hotel employees who went above and beyond.”

“We stayed here twice over the past few weeks (before and after a cruise) - it was perfect for our family! Specifically, we had a suite in The Birch House and swam and ate at the main location. It was so easy to take their transportation (Cadillac SUV) back and forth between the locations - such kind staff! The staff, the cleanliness, the food, and the location were just perfect and we’ll definitely be back!!”

“The room was clean small room with the kitchen bathroom and all we needed for a short vacay. It did get hot in there wish there was another AC or a fan but we were not in there a lot during the day. The picture I saw of the blue building was across the street from the office where you check in.”

“I had to stay overnight in Fort Lauderdale due to a flight cancellation and booked this hotel simply because it was the closest option with a shuttle. I went in with low expectations, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. The presentation and overall appearance exceeded my expectations.
The staff were especially kind and accommodating. A member of my party has mobility issues, and without us even asking, an employee personally wheeled her all the way to her room. That level of care and customer service made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever find myself back in Fort Lauderdale, this will be my first choice.”
“I mean this place is adorable. The bed was super comfy. Family of 5 stayed here. 2 small queen beds and a pull out bed which wasn’t the best so your smallest person might want that one. The front is hard to find almost looks like an apartment complex but with a little patience we found it. I feel like who ever it was who did this remodel actually cared about their work quality. It is very clean, cute and a convenient walk to the beach. It had ice and a water refill station on the ground floor. We couldn’t find any close and convenient stores within walking distance for drinks so we appreciated the water refill station. The shower was great. Lots of Room for a one bedroom to move around. Several restaurants within walking distance on the beach. I would love to stay here again. I have to say however when we first got here there was an employee in housekeeping attire who was very sweet and nice. Soon after another employee showed up in business clothes. After about 10 hours of exhausting travel my young adult son was leaning against a table while my spouse was doing the self check in. She came up to him and aggressively said, “get off the table”! And walked away. I thought it was quite rude. Not how i would treat a customer of any kind. If it was a male who said that I probably would have reacted back, but since I believe in respecting women I said nothing and only became frustrated and disappointed in customer service. So…. Self check in I’m not a fan which I realize is the wave of the future but when we did have interaction with staff it sucked. So I marked down service on my review.”

The outdoor lounge area and the hot tub made it hard to leave the villa..This is a hidden gem and we will be back!!”

“I’ve been visiting this place for over 10 years and it’s always been a favorite for me, my family, and friends. The live music and food are fantastic, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there’s one employee—the guy who’s always walking around closing the place and moving boxes from side to side—who is consistently rude to customers. It’s disappointing because it takes away from the great atmosphere. I would have given 5 stars, but I’m giving 4 because of this issue. I hope management addresses it to keep the positive vibe we all love without canceling anyone.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would, this place is phenomenal! Red carpet customer service, snacks, drinks, pool and amazing garden. Came in to teach a seminar in Hollywood and would have loved to have stayed longer if I could have. Highly recommend!”

“Perfect beach vacay getaway! Quiet, family friendly, aesthetically beautiful. Close enough to all the music/action of the bandshell but far enough to enjoy the peace. My toddler loved saying hello to the resident kitty, Cheetah. Bonus, the taco shack next door is so delicious, and you get one free drink per guest from 6-7p as well as a discount for your meal. My mom was visiting from out of town for her birthday and they were so sweet to accommodate us and even had a surprise treat waiting for us at check in. We will be back for sure!”
“Nice clean and modern hotel close to Aventura Mall and not too far from Fort Lauderdale Cruise port so perfect for pre cruise stays. Have to pay for parking or there is free parking at Publix across the street.”

“We really enjoyed our service at the beach from Milana and her helper that was with her. Being there as a family of 6 and having her getting us drinks and food all the time and helping every other person on that beach also was very hardworking of her. We have never seen someone working so hard as much as her, she made sure to check on everyone and get there orders in. We appreciate her and all the work she did for us. She deserves a big raise! We hope Milana gets what her hard work deserves.”

“We did our Christmas Party for our church at this Hotel and it was amazing. Their service, kindness, commodities and amenities were excellent, besides very clean and nice rooms.
Food was incredibly good and flavorful. The banquet was beautiful and the staff eh served us (Mercedes, Nancy, Rita, Suldeny, Lean and Daniel) were great.
