I called wondering about a specific TV with not a ton of experience in buying in this market lately and he saved me from making a horrible decision based on the preferences that I articulated to him over the phone. He convinced me to get the proper TV for my needs and insisted on walking me through the process smoothly and even accompanied me at the loading dock, on the floor, and to the cashier line.
