“I had a great experience shopping at Nordstrom thanks to Tamara! I came in last minute, and she was extremely helpful and patient while helping me pick out everything I needed. She made the whole shopping experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Everything turned out great, and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. Thank you, Tamara!”
“EXCELLENT STORE I could spend hours browsing here thanks to their fantastic selection. They carry everything you can imagine, and the Runway section offers incredibly affordable options. I also love that they sell my favorite books. Everything about this place is exceptional from the friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to assist you, to the well organized layout that makes shopping a breeze. It's clear that happy employees thrive here because the management treats everyone with kindness and respect.”
“I was served by this young man and he was so patient with me and kind. We need a lot more of him everywhere. It was a pleasure to have him check me out and overall exceptional customer service”
“Excellent selection of clothing ,shoes and sneakers,as well as watches ,purses sun glasses etc.Often excellent prices on much of the clothing, shoes and sneakers. Some of items are very well known and expensive when sold elsewhere.”
“I absolutely love this store — it’s truly one of my favorites! ❤ You can find almost everything you need here, and I especially want to thank the entire staff. They are professional, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help solve any issue. Every time I walk into this store, it feels like a little celebration! ✨ However, I do have one concern that I hope management will take into consideration. I was disappointed to see that the store could use more thorough cleaning. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt around some of the merchandise, which is especially noticeable when you’re shopping for higher-end and more expensive items. I truly love this store and the people who work there, so I hope this small but important issue can be addressed. A clean and well-maintained environment would make the shopping experience even better!”
“Always a place where you can find what you need for your home and great new things which you did not know you needed but buy anyway. The store creates a good adventure and the staff are good at helping you through it.”
“I love the clothing style and comfort that I get and the prices are amazing. The home decor is wonderful and everything looks great in the store. I appreciate the team as well. Thank you!”
“I had a wonderful experience with Jojo Siegel (shoe dept) at Bloomingdales- old school customer service and great follow up skills. highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with gorgeous shoes dept at Bloomingdales (Town Ctr Mall)”
“I absolutely cannot say enough about the customer service I receive from Jeri (jewelry and handbags), Melissa (lingerie), Marlon (menswear), and Luz (concierge of online and gift wrapping). Thank you for going beyond always, and thanks, Luz, tonight, for ensuring we have the perfect gift wrapped and ready to go.”
“Think Home Goods on steroids and that's what you'll get here. They have a vast array of anything and everything for inside your home. They always have a good amount of mark downs and a wide selection of everything. Just like their sister sure Home Goods, the aisles tend to be narrow so it's often hard for 2 carts to be in one aisle at the same time. It's definitely worth going to.”
“This is a phenomenal store, accompanied by prestigious and welcoming staff. Thank you to Corwin, Patrick, and Bobby for attentiveness to detail and spot on services.”
“I was looking for a Lego for a while and went up to Guest Service. Employee helped and grabbed the lego from the back. I Believe he said his name was Daz, He was awesome. Thank you!”
“Great store with a very convenient location and plenty of free parking, which is a big plus. The store is usually not too crowded, so you don’t have to deal with long lines at the checkout. They have a nice selection of branded clothing at reasonable prices. Overall, it’s a very comfortable place to shop, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Bloomingdale's was so nice today! The mall was quiet and I was able to look at mattresses and buy some clothing without waiting for a dressing room. When it was time to pay, there was no line. There wasn't any stress at all. I usually avoid masks at all cost. The representative that helped me was friendly. She mentioned that she just came back from Japan sans how much she enjoyed the culture there. I told her how there are always teaching opportunities in Japan and she told me that is what she is studying now. I gave her advice about certification and wished her the best with her future endeavors. Albert in the furniture department was equally relaxed and friendly. He showed me a great Shifman mattress that is medium and flippable. It was very comfortable with good support. He also showed me a really nice tv console for my living room.”
“Recently visited the Boca Raton store and had the gracious help Julia and Lunine (Bedding department). We were on a mission finding a price on decorative pillows I really wanted to purchase for my client. The pillows were perfect and so were these 2 ladies! I review all the time about customer service and when it is great, it should be noted. I was grateful for their help, professionalism and patience. There was no way in heck I was leaving that place without these pillows! lol! Yet again, I was a very happy Bloomies customer! Happy Holidays! Best ....”
“After revisiting this Bloomingdale's a couple of times since me and my Mother's last visit which was not up to their high standard, it gives me great pleasure to report that Bloomies is back, hence two additional stars! Although we had a subpar experience buying cosmetics about a month ago and almost swore off shopping at Bloomingdale's, we decided to come back here thanks to a good promotion and needless to say, we are glad we did! As always, we find the shopping atmosphere to be luxurious and that there is a wide selection of high quality products. As me and my Mother looked around, she thought about getting some costume jewelry and lo-and-behold, my Mother found a couple of earrings that she really liked! What really set the experience apart was Justin, the associate who helped us as he was fabulous! True to Bloomingdale's standard and possibly exceeding it, he was warm and genuine in personality, was knowledgeable about the products, and very patient. Once he helped my Mother found the earrings she liked and at a great price to boot, he then saw that my Mother had a Bloomingdale's promotional card. Since it was invalid the first day we went due to being for a few days later, Justin offered to store the earrings my Mother liked for a few days so we could get them at the sale price, which was wonderful on his part. A few days later, we returned to Bloomingdale's and since Justin would not be in until later, Mariana assisted us. Like Justin, she proved to do an excellent job thanks to her kindness and excellence at her job, making for a wonderful shopping experience! As for other employees on our two recent visits, they were wonderful as well with shout outs going to Star at the Chanel Counter and Doris in the Men's Department. As far as the problem employees we encountered in my previous ** review, I did not see them, so it is possible they left the company or we just did not see them? Nevertheless, thanks to our much improved shopping experiences with the Bloomingdales at Town Center, we will definitely return!”
“Carolina Marques was truly exceptional. Even though the store was busy, Carolina worked efficiently without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and carolina definitely went above and beyond.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the Charlotte Tilbury counter at Nordstrom Boca Raton. Michelle was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to create a beautiful look. She did an especially fantastic job on my eyes. They were polished, flattering, and really stood out. I appreciated her knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury line and the care she put into the application. Michelle is talented, personable, and made the experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for help with Charlotte Tilbury products or a makeup application at Nordstrom Boca Raton.”
“This Ross location is a great spot to hunt for bargain deals on clothing, shoes, home decor, and accessories. The store has an expansive inventory, and if you have the patience to dig through the racks, you can find excellent name-brand items at a fraction of their retail price. Like many discount retailers, the checkout lines can get a bit long during busy afternoon hours, but the cashiers generally work quickly to keep things moving. Parking is easy and convenient right out front, making it a reliable spot for budget-friendly shopping!”
“Great store. One of the few that still offer great perks to their frequent shoppers or top of the lift customers. Gift wrap services, floral department, shopping assistants.”

“Target is a great place to get health and beauty products. The shelves are always neatly organized and the lighting is always bright and cheerful. This particular store was no exception. Located on the west side of 95 in Boca, it was very clean and very nicely laid out. I went to get some shaving products and their selection and prices were very good. There were a lot of people paying for their items, so checkout took a bit long, but no major issues...”
“I'm not a big fan of Walmart but they do have a few things at the store that I need every once in a while. For those of you who don't want to cruise the endless aisles of the store, Walmart offers a great pickup service. Order online and pick up at store. Place an order for anything sold online, get a window for pick up time, and when the order is ready for pick up you will get a text with a link on so you can let them know you're on your way and when you arrive, just plug in the space number you Park in, and a few minutes later your order is in your car. Best customer service. The delivery people are so nice and so friendly. I've picked up everything from microwaves to ice cream and never have to enter the store. Best service ever!!! Thank you.”
“Went to purchase present for our friend's BD. Had help by Chaudary , a salesman from Polo. He works on commission. We accomplished our goal and had lots of coupons which saved me a bunch.”
“Thursday, January 22 I went to buy groceries at Walmart. I want to thank the customer service department and the staff member at the exit from the bottom of my heart for all their compassion and assistance to help resolve the problem I had when I put my purse in the trunk. The fob was in the purse would not work therefore I was locked out of my car. I appreciate everyone’s efforts assisting me with suggestions on how I could solve the problem. You are all a true asset to Walmart and should be recognized for your random acts of kindness.”
