“Carolina was so friendly and helpful! I went on Saturday at 10am to get a paper notarized (love that they offer that for free). There was no line for the front teller which was great, and then I had to wait about 5-10 min in the lobby until Carolina was finished with another client. After notarizing the paper, she informed me of a free rewards program I was eligible for that I didn't know about! And she told me about a new feature (fraud/dark web/SSN security checks) that I also didn't know about and is VERY helpful for me. She was great! Very happy with my visit - which is a rare thing to say about a bank experience ;)”
“Exceptional Service!! Jessica Carraturo, helped me and my kid change the First Banking Account to a Chase High School account. We scheduled time a week ahead, Jessica called to confirm. When we arrived the next day we were greeted with a smile. For being a Saturday, I'd expected a 5 minute or maybe a 10 wait, but Jessica's punctuality amazed me, right on the dot... not only it was a smooth and swift process, Jessica took the time to explain and also helped setup the Online Banking. Advised my kid what can be done. I have to say, I've been served by OTHER branches but the Orange City Branch enhanced the experience. I will remember this day Jessica, you deserve recognition. My previous visit was last year and I can say that the staff continue demonstrating professionalism and trustworthiness. A big THANK YOU!!”
