“I went to the Bank of America lobby near my home around 3:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The officer, Carolina Alvarez, took me to a private office where we could discuss my banking needs. She was efficient, professional and very kind. She was able to remove some monthly fees and put all documentation in an envelope. It looked like I would have to come back in again, but Carolina found a workaround so that all of my business could be concluded in that visit. I would highly recommend the Orange City Enterprise Rd branch of Bank of America.”
“Today I showed up with no appointment. I was fully prepared to be turned away as I understand how tight schedules can be. However Mrs. Vargos managed to squeeze me in when an appointment didn't show up. I was so very grateful as my energy levels are low and my mobility is limited. As she walked me through my paperwork for my new checking account, a rude woman started demanding her attention, completely ignoring the cpl with an appointment that showed up early. Mrs. Vargos was incredibly professional in how she handled things as she finished up with explaining my paperwork while still managing to maintain a personal interaction. Despite the interruption she kept her cool and made me feel comfortable with a one on one experience. I'll definitely schedule appointments in the future and am so very grateful to get care that she provided. Thank you so very much. You really turned a very frustrating day around.”
“Exceptional Service!! Jessica Carraturo, helped me and my kid change the First Banking Account to a Chase High School account. We scheduled time a week ahead, Jessica called to confirm. When we arrived the next day we were greeted with a smile. For being a Saturday, I'd expected a 5 minute or maybe a 10 wait, but Jessica's punctuality amazed me, right on the dot... not only it was a smooth and swift process, Jessica took the time to explain and also helped setup the Online Banking. Advised my kid what can be done. I have to say, I've been served by OTHER branches but the Orange City Branch enhanced the experience. I will remember this day Jessica, you deserve recognition.
