“Carolina was so friendly and helpful! I went on Saturday at 10am to get a paper notarized (love that they offer that for free). There was no line for the front teller which was great, and then I had to wait about 5-10 min in the lobby until Carolina was finished with another client. After notarizing the paper, she informed me of a free rewards program I was eligible for that I didn't know about! And she told me about a new feature (fraud/dark web/SSN security checks) that I also didn't know about and is VERY helpful for me. She was great! Very happy with my visit - which is a rare thing to say about a bank experience ;)”
“I opened an account with javier c no problem whatsoever everything went fast and easy no worries at all. Being disabled he took the time to explain everything give me a smooth transition as I closed my account with Wells Fargo because they are a fraud company and I need to change banks and did so very easily. Wells Fargo took overdrawn fees even when my account was current and called them out on unfair bank practices. Chase ensure my protection and happy to be a customer”
