I was in the process of laying my son down for a nap, worried that my card was compromised; distacted and I trusted the person on the phone to help me resolve it. I have never felt so violated and stupid. Thankfully the amazing staff at Bank of America-Elkcam branch was kind, helpful, and supportive. They stayed late. They were understanding about my rambunctious toddler. I cannot be thankful for them.”
