“I am in South Florida taking care of my elderly parents and found myself in desperate need of assistance with my mobile phone. I was already a Cricket customer. Bryant (the manager) was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He did not up-sell me and made sure I was 100% ready to go before I departed the store. Largely due to my great experience with Bryant, I convinced my parents to switch from their very expensive and underutilized AT&T Mobile plan to Cricket. I brought my 79 year old mother into the store with both of their phones. In less than 30 minutes, Bryant had them both switched over to Cricket, fully functional, with no fuss or muss. Most important, we are saving my parents nearly $170 per month by adding them to my plan. I could not be happier with Cricket...especially Bryant!”
