“I came in to ship a book but didn’t have the QR code that was supposed to be used for the label. The staff handled it immediately and were extremely friendly while helping me sort it out. They quickly explained the best options and got the package processed without any hassle.
What stood out most is that the entire team seems very knowledgeable about shipping methods and solutions. They make clear, practical suggestions depending on what you’re sending and how quickly it needs to arrive.

“Absolutely the best place to get things printed, Dakota is the best. She spends time with you to get what you need and answers all your questions. Prices are very reasonable as well. I used to go to Office Depot but they have the worst customer service, rude employees and just overall bad experience.
Have your printing done here, ask for Dakota and you will not be disappointed....
Just wanted to add to my review as I had a problem with a return of a large item to Amazon and the manager, Rachael was outstanding in her willingness to help and pack up my item. The most professional store of any king I have dealt with in a long time. I will be coming here for all my printing AND shipping needs in the future.

“UPDATE- so I am writing this update because my experience with DHL drastically changed, Laverne was still great to deal with but it seems everyone after her was asleep. My package was shipped thursday for overnight delivery to Pittsburgh. Lets fast forward until Tuesday afternoon when the package was finally delivered. The tracking is so far from helpful as it always says package on hold and when I call it says something different. I was charged for overnight delivery and it didnt get delivered until Tuesday afternoon. Now I understand that it was going into 4th of july weekend, if that was going to create a problem then dont tell me it will be there the next day. And Im sorry but the totally ignorant people on the 800 number need some training or something, I ask for a supervisor and am told it will take 90 mins to get a supervisor, what? Then she asks me what do I want her to do, DELIVER THE PACKAGE! No offer for a refund of the overnight charge no help what so ever. I WILL NEVER USE DHL AGAIN. its like they dont know what they are doing. I paid $76 to ship a pittsburgh, a 5 day ship no less, $76 for that? Ridiculous. Sorry but you all dropped the ball and didnt do anything to show that your customers matter, UPS next time for sure!

“I don't usually leave reviews, but genuine kindness deserves recognition.
I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me return two packages today. What he didn't know was that I had just received difficult news and was overwhelmed by a $4,000 car repair bill on top of $3,000 rent.
He helped me out because I only had a $100 bill, but that simple gesture meant far more than he could have known. Right now, every dollar counts, and his compassion brightened my day when I needed it most.
