“Surya is the man. I haven't been there in a long time. Last time I was there, I sent over $1,000,000 worth of Flir cameras to Carnival Cruise Lines, and it went smoothly! Recently, I sent a package to my kid in Toronto, but it was returned because someone ripped off the commercial invoice for customs (I know they took it off, because I watched Surya put it on). Surya didn't hesitate to help me resend it and even taped it back up. I was worried I would have to pay again (it was quite a bit), but he handled everything for me. Even after all these years, Mr. Shipper is still the best in the business. I trusted him with $1,000,000 worth of product, and now I trust him to send very sentimental items to my college kid. Look no further!”

“UPDATE- so I am writing this update because my experience with DHL drastically changed, Laverne was still great to deal with but it seems everyone after her was asleep. My package was shipped thursday for overnight delivery to Pittsburgh. Lets fast forward until Tuesday afternoon when the package was finally delivered. The tracking is so far from helpful as it always says package on hold and when I call it says something different. I was charged for overnight delivery and it didnt get delivered until Tuesday afternoon. Now I understand that it was going into 4th of july weekend, if that was going to create a problem then dont tell me it will be there the next day. And Im sorry but the totally ignorant people on the 800 number need some training or something, I ask for a supervisor and am told it will take 90 mins to get a supervisor, what? Then she asks me what do I want her to do, DELIVER THE PACKAGE! No offer for a refund of the overnight charge no help what so ever. I WILL NEVER USE DHL AGAIN. its like they dont know what they are doing. I paid $76 to ship a pittsburgh, a 5 day ship no less, $76 for that? Ridiculous. Sorry but you all dropped the ball and didnt do anything to show that your customers matter, UPS next time for sure! Laverne was so super helpful in explaining everything to me and made the process a breeze, will definitely use DHL again”

“Highly recommend for digital passport photos. I went to Walgreens and two separate CVS's and the digital photos were unusable on the government website. FedEx includes a USB with your photo so you have it in hand when you leave. No email that expires in 30 days. Worth waiting 15 minutes to get USB. (They were very busy at the time.) Uploaded the picture and it was accepted. Very happy with the customer service.”

“Absolutely the best place to get things printed, Dakota is the best. She spends time with you to get what you need and answers all your questions. Prices are very reasonable as well. I used to go to Office Depot but they have the worst customer service, rude employees and just overall bad experience. Have your printing done here, ask for Dakota and you will not be disappointed.... Just wanted to add to my review as I had a problem with a return of a large item to Amazon and the manager, Rachael was outstanding in her willingness to help and pack up my item. The most professional store of any king I have dealt with in a long time. I will be coming here for all my printing AND shipping needs in the future. I highly recommend this store and it's employees for going the extra mile!”
