As a woman it's common to get taken advantage of in places like this but JR from the jump was so kind and respectful, he explained what needed to happen and wrote me a quote right on the spot, which was already phenomenal.
When I called to ask for some clarity he explained everything to me so well and was so kind and professional.
It took less than a week for him to order the part, receive the part and take my car in to get the mirror replaced. They finished the job same day AND detailed my entire car (it was filthy)!!

“On my SUV, there are small openings that spray washer fluid on the headlights. Someone stole the driver's side cover. After days of finding the right part number from the manufacturer, I ordered the piece, but it doesn't come painted. I gave it to the woman running the office, asking if they could paint it for me, providing the VIN number from the vehicle. Two days later, she called to pick it up, and barely charged me a few $ for it. With all the trouble I went through with this simple thievery, it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of, and actually given a really good break.”
