“This store has excellent customer service. People very committed to their work and willing to help with any situation that the client has. My experience with this store was great because they were able to solve a big problem I had with my account when the fw store was not very willing to help and when customer service couldn't either. The two specialists who helped me were excellent professionals and very capable. If I had 10 stars I would give it to them. Thank you”

“I have been a t-mobile customer for over 15 years, as in still had the original jump program plan. I have been in several times asking how to lower my bill and no one has even suggested switching plan...until I went in Tuesday. Greena was AMAZING! She helped me switch plans and get me into a new phone (I went in because my S22+ had stopped charging). These things can be a lengthy process and she made it so easy and fun. Brandon H. Was also there and they were so funny. I can't express the weight off my shoulders knowing now my bill has been fixed. Thank you Greena and Brandon H. Yall are terrific at your jobs!!!”
“So I picked up a 5G Home Internet. CenturyLink was giving me the run around on when my service was going to be activated but they needed the engineering department to come out and install something, a big mess and no time line on when this will all happen.I called the T-Mobile store in Nicevile and Jake told me to stop by.He was unsure if this would work because t-mobile did not have best coverage in my area. But he said to try it out and if it does not work we can return the device and service for a full refund within a 14 day period.I got home and I set it up and it works great! Its not the fastest and the signal was on the week side but that was expected.So if you are fighting with CenturyLink or any other Internet provider go and see Jake at the T-mobile store in Niceville.Thanks a million to Jake & T-Mobile!”

Answered all my questions plus answered some I didn’t think of. Even called me back the next day with more info. If I lived anywhere close he would get all my business in my home AND my motorhome.
