After repeated very frustrating calls to TMobile customer service, one of those employees referred me to my local store. Kyle worked tirelessly to help me. He was disconnected a number of times and definitely not treated as a fellow employee by them. He finally connected with someone that has the same work ethic and got them to understand what needed to be done.
