Today (6/27) around 10:30 am, Julio was restocking frozen goods when I was getting ice cream. The item was BOGO and there was only one in the freezer. He checked his cell phone and found there were more in stock. So, he went back and got me another one. (Well, he brought back a whole box and restocked that item.) Thank you for going the extra mile, Julio!”
“I come to this pharmacy every winter when I come down to FL and I love this pharmacy. They really take good care of me, go above and beyond and try their best every time. I suggest you to support this local pharmacy instead of bigger chains that don't care about you. Wish they had more pharmacies like Dundee Pharmacy. “very good place that will work with you it's a Mom and Pop kind of place were people actually know you by name and they do delivery if you need it. I hate the bigger stores, that has no idea what customer service looks like. you have to stay holding on the phone for about 20mins only too find out your talking to someone in another state only too find out your order what be ready because it's coming from a prefilled place from Orlando. I remember traffic was heavy and I was delayed and wasn't going to make it there before they closed at 6pm . I called them up and said that I was going to be about 10mins late ; they offer too stay 10mins after they closed so I could have my meds for the weekend, because they are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.I now have all of my meds filled at Webbs.”
