“I spoke with Tyler at the Clearwater, Florida Verizon Store at Countryside Mall last month regarding a bill that was increasing over the past several months. Tyler spent some time going over my account looking for the reasons for the increases and ways to affect a positive change.
Today, I went back to the Mall to thank Tyler for making the changes as my bill this month is significantly lower. Upon opening my account he noted another temporary small deduction that further reduces my bill.
I suggest Verizon customers in West Central Florida stop by and say Hi! to Tyler or any of the highly knowledgeable associates at Countryside for all your Verizon phones, tablets and associated tech or other needs.”
“Chris was so great helping out with me getting a new upgrade from my XS Max to a IPhone 15 Pro. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had lots of questions he was able to answer all of them.
Will definitely be coming back for any needs. I thought the process was gonna be over 3-4 hours but it took maybe a little over a hour and a half for everything.

“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”

“My 14 year old son has a tendency to break his phone so I’m no stranger to iPhone repair shops, but this one is by far the best we have been to. The man who works there was so friendly and helpful. The service was FAST. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. The price was unbeatable. He even put a screen protector on for us, at no extra charge! I’m so glad I found this shop! I’m sure I’ll be back and I’ll try to get others to go too! This is the kind of store that deserves business.”

“I was dreading going to inquire about my phone issues because of several past experiences in general. I went to this location and was assisted immediately by Antonio. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He didn’t try to talk me into any extras, services, etc. As a matter of fact I mentioned it to him, he gave me feedback, left it at that and said if I should decide to go with what I was inquiring about to let him know or come back and ask for him. I will definitely make that my store of choice for the future. I’m now mad at myself for dreading it.”
