“Went here for the first time for a battery replacement. Rob was so helpful. He said they could replace the battery and asked if I had insurance on my phone bc I might be eligible for a replacement and helped me file a claim. I hadn't thought of that. Also said when I get my new phone, they could help transfer the data and I could get a new screen protector at no charge through my insurance. It was nice to have a good customer service experience and knowledge people. Thanks Rob!”

“Wow. Such great service. I visited the store yesterday to get a new phone for the wife. I was helped by Ed. He was so thoughtful and thorough in helping and choosing the phone. Let alone explaining. He is a great asset to the company. The wife loves the phone. He explained if by chance she doesn't there is a 7 day return. I will be returning to get my new phone. Eddie. Great job dude. Much appreciated.”
