“Charlie (Charles) was amazing. I was not looking forward to getting a new phone (I had a very old phone) and he made everything so easy. He actually TOOK THE TIME to explain to me what I was getting and how everything works. He stopped what he was doing each time I was curious about the phone and worked to save me money. He transferred all my data and was so nice about everything. While this may be standard in all Verizon stores, he gave me choices and explained my options. After losing my home to Hurricane Ian in 2022, it was nice to have options explained to me.
I also met Vaughn there and watched him with other customers. You know, customer service goes a long way with me. These two people are great ambassadors for the Verizon brand.
This is why I have been a Verizon customer for more than 22 years.”
