“Went in today to have my cell phone screen repaired only to find out my protective cover was cracked and the glass was fine. Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. They also sell electric bikes, these small independent stores are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!!”

“I am writing this review for AT&T at their Countryside location. Please note AT&T offers two choices. Corporate store n franchise stores. I only go to the Corporate store which is what the Countryside is. Ask for either Lydia or Victor. I assume that the other employees who work there are equally as knowledgeable as Lydia or Victor but I’ve only dealt with those too. STAY AWAY from the franchise stores. If u add any additional services, products or whatever it will become a billing nightmare You have been advised. Even if a franchise store is closer to u you’ll probably regret that decision due to the problems it could create”
“My experience with Cell City is indescribable! Professional, caring, understanding. I was so distraught about the viruses on my phone. Thought I need a new phone. Cell City fixed my phone and the price was so reasonable. I am forever grateful. Any problems you may be experiencing big or small head to Cell City for prompt solutions and Caring staff. They are beyond the Very Best.

“I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.”

“I have been with Metro PCS since 2008, I got a new phone and we tried to switch it over to Metro without going into the store but we set it up without the Sim card and there was no way to get back in the old phone or the new phone so i was locked out of both. i went to Dunedin Metro store first Joe said it's a no go, failed to help me, went to the store on Missouri rd. and he was worried about the friends he had pulling up outside so he said he couldn't help me. I I finally got to the 1750 Drew St. location and i was exhausted and ready to leave Metro after almost 20 years; fortunately there was the manager at this Drew st. location Mr. Hernan and he was able to save my phones and keep me with Metro! Hernan was super cool and has been with Metro for many years, he and was able to utilize his connections with the company to contact someone on a Saturday and i do believe higher powers were at work as well, on the behalf of Mr. Hernan and myself and we were able to get the phone back. The entire staff at this location are all super nice as well; Carlos was there the day Hernan was able to help me, but honestly everyone i met at this location was very nice and kind. This is an amazing store and i will never forget the kindness of Hernan and his staff they set the bar for elite customer service and helping others, they are truly a blessing from above. highly recommend this store after all the other stores told me i was done, Hernan and his cohorts breathed life back into me and my phone!

“Made appointment online to visit Clearwater East store on Gulf to Bay to switch to Verizon and get a new phone. Showed up and checked in at in-store kiosk. Salvador was my Retail Specialist. Knew I wanted Galaxy S26 Ultra. Salvador made me aware of available options including tablets, watches and other affiliated promos. Left the store with all data transferred to my new phone in under 1 hour. Highly recommend Salvador and this Verizon store!”

“Tmobile locations are hit or miss but this one's definitely a hit. I had my phone stolen and was having a bad day and came into this location, rae helped me get a replacement SIM card and made me feel better about the entire situation, and gave great knowledgeable service, will definitely have to come back here again.”
