I upgraded to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, which meant moving everything from my iPhone 13 Pro Max - and once that was done, he transferred all of my husband’s data from his primitive iPhone 8+ to my hand‑me‑down 13 Pro Max.
The entire process took about two and a half hours and he handled every step with impressive skill. He has the patience of a saint, clearly enjoys solving tech issues and doesn’t stop until every problem is fully resolved. Not once did he show irritation, impatience or frustration.
