“Best collision shop around!!! My insurance company had declared my car as a total loss based on the photos I sent them of my accident but I brought my car to Gerber collision in Eagle lake and spoke to the manager there Carlos and he had one of his team members to see if they could fix without total loss. 2 weeks later I have my car and she looks great!!!! Thanks for going above and beyond!!!”

“My experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford was spectacular, mainly due to the hard work of my salesman Victor Ballesteros to make this a quick, seamless, and remarkably easy purchasing process. The dealer was even working to deliver my vehicle, but to make my pre-approval lender happy I came in, which was great cause I got to see the hard work of the detail Victor setup before I signed for my brand new F150. I really can’t say enough how painless this experience was, no gotchas in the finance office, no gotchas at the sales table, what Jarrett-Gordon presented to me initially was what I saw out the door. Thank you very much Victor and the team at Jarrett-Gordon, and I will be recommending this dealer to anyone seeking a fair and great Ford dealer in the future!”

“Shout out to Dennis, he has no idea the life saving he did for me. My car battery died yesterday, I couldn’t get anyone to jump start until 10 pm which gave me enough juice to drive to autozone today and the car died in front of autozone. He was very personable and informative, he did my battery test and even install my battery. I appreciated his wisdom as well and to allow me to watch him to learn how to take out and put a battery. A great customer service representative and down to earth!!”

“The Gentlmen who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. He was efficient and no messing around. Straight to the point. No upsetting either. He showed me all the options and I was able to choose the right option. I highly recommend. I went to Advance Auto a few minutes before and the clerk told me she couldnt help me because she was the only one on register. Meanwhile there was a man standing in the back. So I left and came to O'Reilly because Pep Boys was closed as well.”

“I honestly cannot say enough about this place. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, hard working, and fast. They truly go out of their way to get you back on the road, but they go so much further than that. They made my experience with them one I’ll always hope to get anywhere else I go, although I’m not certain I’ll find such a wonderful group of people than I found here. Richie, and Richie jr, worked on my truck and it is better than before, Allen one of the managers was extremely helpful, the other one was just as helpful but I don’t remember his name. They went beyond the call of duty from day one. I met some of the other mechanics and they are in sync when it comes to friendliness and knowledge. Do I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY, you can’t go wrong here.”

“Where do even begin with this review. It was absolutely the very best service I've ever received from any business. I scheduled an appointment with them on Monday to fix a fender bender and by that following Thursday, it was ready for pick up. Lisa, the receptionist was amazing and Victor Hernandez was truly professional. It was impossible to tell that I was ever in an accident and it looked as new as the day I bought it! Thanks again!”
