“I’m a regular Aldi customer and this location has always been convenient (especially commuting to WH for school) clean and well stocked. Best of all you don’t need to take out a personal loan to shop there, like Publix. Employees are always friendly though I take advantage of the self checkout now that it’s available (introvert problems.)”

“so i went to publix today and even tho they close at 10 i got there at like 9:30 (i felt so bad) but anyways i got there and started ordering my sub at the deli section and this lovelyyyyyy lady named iryna (i hope i spelt it right) was still so nice and sweet and she made my sub so perfectly and even tho it was near closing time she still treated me with great hospitality and made good conversation and overall just a great experience #giveheraraise she really emphasized the “where shopping is a pleasure” slogan. 20/10 experience. love her and publix??”

“Employees at Northgate Public in Winter Haven are the most useful, courteous and knowledgeable people. They always go the "extra mile" to help a customer. Today (6/27) around 10:30 am, Julio was restocking frozen goods when I was getting ice cream. The item was BOGO and there was only one in the freezer. He checked his cell phone and found there were more in stock. So, he went back and got me another one. (Well, he brought back a whole box and restocked that item.) Thank you for going the extra mile, Julio!”
“My favorite major brand grocery store in the area. It's prices are higher than Aldi's, but lower than Publix. And they have all the major brands that sometimes you just need to pick up. Lines seem shorter here than other majors as well. They run the same sales as Winn Dixie but are less crowded and I enjoy shopping here much more.I save 3 grocery flyers out of the Tuesday mail Aldi's, SaveALot, ( which I rarely go to by chance), and Harvey's.”

Doing my shopping in clearance section n one of the employee greeted me advised me that I should see mark down items in every aisle. Sure enough I did see the them which I was not aware of before. “While I haven’t done any grocery shopping, I often stop in to grab lunch. For $7-$8 they give you enough food for two hungry men! Pick your rice, your beans, and then your protein. Food is always good and if you stop in after 5pm, you get two of these meals for $10! You can’t beat it! And the women behind the counter are the best. Hola amigas!”

“Just moved here from New York and had been craving a philly. Went here 3 times this week but was too late to get one. But the owner gave me a number to call ahead. Finally got my philly today after reading all of the reviews I was excited to try. Omg it was so worth the wait. I think it was the best philly I have ever had. It was seasoned so good and cheesy. The customer service was so good and Tony knows what he's doing. I will be back soon.”

“Great local market. I was not aware of them but will definitely be back. It is s small store with wonderful fresh fish. I inquired about a fish and the owner was very helpful. I have a dear friend who raves about a fish from her childhood. Prior to finding this market I could only get it online. It's worth trying out.”

“They've got a nice selection of products I'd expect to find at a decent farm type store. I keep going back because it's also one of the few places in Florida I can find White Birch Beer. I also used to like looking at the Amish Carriage they have in the back. Unfortunately they tell me a storm damaged it awhile back. Those things represent an amazing amount of hand craftsmanship.”
“When I was living in this area for a few months, I discovered this store up the block from my house and rarely went anywhere else. Wide selection of basics, plus specialty Mexican / South American items. Prices are decent and everything is always fresh. Worth visiting.”

“I got here at 8:30. Very long line. Parking lot was nearly full. Only poor Kenneth is checking everybody out. He had such a friendly kindest position and greeted everybody with warmth and friendliness and not a single person complain. The kid did a great job. Probably could use another helper though. But he managed it like a champ. This was not a messy Dollar general. I needed a hammer. It's only $0.50 more than Walmart but it cut 20 minutes off my drive. Very convenient.”
