“The employees at this store are the best, but today one went above and beyond. This was the fourth day coming to the store to try to pick-up my favorite item and the shelf was empty. After a polite conversation with Lawanda, I asked her about the Pepperidge Farm cookies shelf being empty. She stopped what she was doing, mentioned it was a vendor's product, but would check on that for me. I continued my shopping, bless her heart, she went out of her way to find me in produce with a bag of cookies. I was so touched, being on a fixed income, I only shop once a month and now can't even afford a special treat... she made me smile today. This is great customer service!”
“Writing this as I’m eating a boa bun from here and I can’t stop doing my lil happy dance cause it’s so GOOD !!!!! Boba is amazing !! “I’m a regular Aldi customer and this location has always been convenient (especially commuting to WH for school) clean and well stocked. Best of all you don’t need to take out a personal loan to shop there, like Publix. Employees are always friendly though I take advantage of the self checkout now that it’s available (introvert problems.)”
“I like them because they do carry the Amish jellies and pickles and their noodles and they got very good meat there and their prices are better than any of the grocery stores around”
“Friendly employee. A wide variety of jellies, jams—some seedless or sugar-free—and fruit butters. Salad dressing, butter, honey, eggs, grass-fed chicken, and raw milk. You really have to pay them a visit.”
“A super market (so to speak). Staff is helpful and pleasant. Store is clean. It's stocked with what you'd expect in a well run grocery store. The prices seem reasonable, if a little bit higher than Aldi or Walmart.
The delicatessen makes great sandwiches. It's pretty busy at lunch.”

“The fresh fruit & vegetables are of good quality and are always reasonably priced. Their store size is smaller, and so variety is limited, but the good quality and low prices overall make up for it. During the holiday season they have a great selection of specialty cheeses and meats (worth the visit). The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with both staffed and self checkout lanes.”

“Clean store with really fresh and ripe fruit. Great selections. The products are regional for some people looking for the normal items they get from their local store, so if traveling you may not find somethings. The staff are nice.”

“Just moved here from New York and had been craving a philly. Went here 3 times this week but was too late to get one. But the owner gave me a number to call ahead. Finally got my philly today after reading all of the reviews I was excited to try. Omg it was so worth the wait. I think it was the best philly I have ever had. It was seasoned so good and cheesy. The customer service was so good and Tony knows what he's doing. I will be back soon.”

“Great local market. I was not aware of them but will definitely be back. It is s small store with wonderful fresh fish. I inquired about a fish and the owner was very helpful. I have a dear friend who raves about a fish from her childhood. Prior to finding this market I could only get it online. It's worth trying out.”

“I always hesitate to buy food in places like this, but I wanted to try. I ordered a taco bowl with everything. I didn't know what everything was, and it's my fault for not asking. For me, rice was too much, as well as the beans. Next time, I'll take away those. My husband ordered different meats tacos al pastor, and he liked them.”

“When I was living in this area for a few months, I discovered this store up the block from my house and rarely went anywhere else. Wide selection of basics, plus specialty Mexican / South American items. Prices are decent and everything is always fresh. Worth visiting.”
“Employees at Northgate Public in Winter Haven are the most useful, courteous and knowledgeable people. They always go the "extra mile" to help a customer. Today (6/27) around 10:30 am, Julio was restocking frozen goods when I was getting ice cream. The item was BOGO and there was only one in the freezer. He checked his cell phone and found there were more in stock. So, he went back and got me another one. (Well, he brought back a whole box and restocked that item.) Thank you for going the extra mile, Julio!”

“We love the Publix Pharmacy. We have had them for over 12 years. They are willing to call doctors and help you with scripts that you have difficulty getting approval on, etc.. Maybe someday they’ll be able to prescribe that would be the best.”
“While I haven’t done any grocery shopping, I often stop in to grab lunch. For $7-$8 they give you enough food for two hungry men! Pick your rice, your beans, and then your protein. Food is always good and if you stop in after 5pm, you get two of these meals for $10! You can’t beat it! And the women behind the counter are the best. Hola amigas!”

“I got here at 8:30. Very long line. Parking lot was nearly full. Only poor Kenneth is checking everybody out. He had such a friendly kindest position and greeted everybody with warmth and friendliness and not a single person complain. The kid did a great job. Probably could use another helper though. But he managed it like a champ. This was not a messy Dollar general. I needed a hammer. It's only $0.50 more than Walmart but it cut 20 minutes off my drive. Very convenient.”
