“Hi, I’d like to share some feedback regarding my experience with the manager, Carolyn, at the Costco location.
I recently decided to change my Executive Membership to a Gold Star Membership for my own personal reasons. When I spoke with Carolyn, she made comments implying that I was making a mistake by doing so and that I shouldn’t be making that choice. I didn’t appreciate how I felt about my personal decision regarding my membership.
Unfortunately, her overall attitude also came across as rude, dismissive, and unfriendly throughout the interaction. I was especially disappointed because she is a manager, and I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy from someone in that position.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because the interaction really rubbed me the wrong way, and I feel the experience could have been handled much more respectfully.
Overall, aside from this experience, I do like the store and think the overall setup is great. I use Costco’s gas almost every week, we really like the meat selection, and I’ve had a great experience with the tire center. The selection is good overall, although I do wish there were more newer or updated items. I’m a frequent Costco customer, which is why I felt it was important to share this feedback.”

“The Best cheese cakes, desserts and pizza. The hot food is really good too! They have subs. I'm sure they are great. I just haven't tried them. Love the buffalo chicken pizza and the everything pizza! Favorite cheese cakes are Biscoff, Tiramisu, Oreo, and Simoa.”

“This was my first time getting a bag of ice from rays gas station(20 pounds for $2). I normally would go to Walmart but they only give you a 7 pound bag now for the same price. I actually ran out of ice and walmart was closed, so I googled where could I go to get ice after 11pm? ? Rays gas station popped up? and it wasn't even 7 minutes from my home. I jumped into my car so fast?. I have to have ice in any drink, especially at bedtime? I haven't tried it yet, but if its fresh, doesn't taste stale, and the price continues to stay $2 for 20 pounds??.(and you can get it bagged or in bulk) this will be my go too for bagged ice! ✨️??

“Would like to comment the gentleman manager and Aiden for the way they continuously handle situations within the fuel station. I’m a regular, today Aiden was dealing with a belligerent, aggressive man making outlandish claims. He remained calm and clear, regardless of the man cussing at him and threatening him. People like this deserve more recognition since a good attitude and natural ability to handle unexpected situations is rare.”

“The STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE AMAZING!!! They also practically know 95% of the people who come through those doors!!! If you typically get anything behind the counter, they will already have it waiting for you .. I know 2 of the gentleman are bi-lingual, and has come in handy & also given an extra boost of above and beyond customer service for everyone who comes in there..
It's always clean!! & Sometimes they have gas specials for a few hours, they associates are directing the cars and lines up the shoulder in line.. it can be $1.99 or $1.89 sometimes..
This is my favorite store to come into daily!!”

“This was actually pretty good. For gas station pizza and energy drinks, they got that down pretty good. The condiments bar needed some attention. The bathrooms were marginal. The place was busy and we were glad they were there. I could even practice my Spanish. Prices weren’t too too high. Initially, a lot of people in line (9), but they got that down pretty quick.”

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was prompt. The station was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Plus, the prices were competitive. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by Mobil Wellen Park for all your fuel needs.”

“almost wish i could post this anonymously because, i will be getting food from here again and don’t want my food tampered with but, oh well ? anyway… i work nights, sleep until about lunch time and this store is right by the house so, it’s convenient and i love the selection and the food! however, if Sandy is bringing out your food, be prepared to get the head shaking and “why don’t you just come in”, “i hate my job” attitude ? never had this issue with anyone there other than her! the other ladies are always super friendly! if it was just once, understandable, but this has happened 3 separate times and it’s the same person. i order ahead and curbside because it’s an option. super convenient too! Sandy, hope your days get better or you find something more enjoyable for you soon, everyone else, keep up the great work! Florida runs on WaWa ?”
“Stopped for gas, went inside to pay. Staff was very polite and the store very extremely clean. Nice aroma off coffee as I walked in. All the stations at the pumps were clean and the window cleaning stations were full. Got a ca or wash there too, and they are A1. $15 car cleaning, they manually scrub the car before the full car wash”

“honestly this place is such a lifesaver when youre driving through that stretch. the staff are always super friendly and remembered my order after the second time i stopped in. coffee is strong and actually hot which is harder to find than it should be. definitely gonna keep coming back when im in the area.”
