“I took my 1964 Pontiac to Rick's Mufflerman Shop because it had developed an exhaust problem which had not been corrected to my satisfaction, even after two previous mechanics' attempts to do so. I described the problem to Dave when I arrived for my appointment. Within minutes, he met me in the waiting area with the problematic parts in hand. He gave me a clear description of how he would fix it. Within two hours, I was on the road, delighted with the result, and totally impressed by the integrity, knowledge, and customer care which I received. The bill was lower than the estimate, because Dave was able to re-use a part instead of replacing it. This was a totally positive experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of exhaust work.”

“I went in today July 4th to get a battery for my 2013 Camaro. I thought the battery I had purchased at O'Reilly some years ago for the vehicle was probably out of warranty, and expected to have to purchase a new one. The store manager Michael Schultz greeted me as I walked in the store, looked up my purchase of he battery years ago, and said 'no problem we will replace it for free'. FREE. They did not charge me a dime and I walked out with a brand new replacement. What a super pleasant surprise - first they were open on a holiday, then I was attended to by the Store Manger who was very pleasant, and then I was given a replacement at no charge! Highly recommend this store.”

“Had a great experience in the Service Department. My key fob on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan suddenly stopped working one day after school. I didn't even know what to do or how to even get the car started. I called for help and Ashley put me in touch with Rodney who was very helpful over the phone. I went in person and he quoted me on a replacement, and we made arrangements to get it done the following week. The service was excellent, quick & efficient. The service staff including Jennifer was very friendly to me and the other customers in the dealership. I watched their interactions and was very impressed. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a service department, they really seemed to care and wanted to help. Outstanding!”

“I arrived at the Beaver Toyota Dealership, Parked my truck. Me and my two sons walked passed 3-4 salesman talking among themselves. I continued toward the front door of the dealership. I was then stopped and greeted by a young salesman who's name was Jonah outside the front door. He seemed a lil new at selling cars. However, I could tell he wanted to sell me a car. I was really at the dealership for pricing not to get a car. So I told him all he needed was my first name until I decided to purchase a car. Jonah agreed. I told him what I was looking for. He told me he didn't have the color but he had a car on the lot with the same features. I watched for a few minutes as he ran over the lot looking for the car. I went and sat down as my two sons continued to watch Jonah look for the car. I thought to myself a young man that works that hard to sell me a car, must be above the rest of the salesmen. I was very pleased with Jonah's Professionalism and demeanor which ultimately convince me that Beaver Toyota was worth the 100 drive and the dealership to buy from. I purchased a 2024 Camry and wife loves it! Thank you Jonah”
