“I’ve always been happy with the maintenance team at Venue but I was so impressed today when my A/C went out and Lisandro and Ibert were here within 5 minutes from my request! They also took the time to fix any other minor problems I had and they were happy to help. Thank you for making this such a pleasant place to live ☺️”

“So far so good! We moved in about a month ago and it was a seamless experience. Terrie at the leasing office and the maintenance staff are so kind and helpful. The neighbors are nice and it is a quiet, peaceful complex. Rent is also reasonable(or as reasonable as rent can be these days). No problems with trash, utilities or bugs so far. I will update if anything changes but at the moment we are very satisfied!”
“My partner and I moved in recently this week and this apartment complex is everything you can ask for. The apartment is in great condition, the community is really friendly, and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The apartment is aesthetically beautiful and you feel really safe because of the gate. I had a minor issue with my apartment and it was resolved same day by the time I got home from work. I am so happy to be here and I feel truly cared for by the staff!”
“For my first apartment, I think it's good! There's a pool with nice grills and seating areas! Plus at night, it looks pretty with the lights on at the pool ?
I love that there's a poopbags everywhere for your dogs, very convenient. People here seems nice; I don't really interact with them, but from what I see, everyone minds their business.
My biggest complaint will be the fact there's issues with the appliances or issues with the room itself. Luckily Bella Grove will replace/fix the issue if you put a work order in. Though it's weird how often it happens... hopefully it's not me breaking them ?? that'll be so embarrassing”

“The property manger, Natalie, and the maintenance supervisor, Shawn, are absolutely amazing!! The lock to our front door failed. I notified Natalie. She called Shawn and they were ON IT IMMEDIATELY!!! Shawn had the lock replaced within on half an hour and Natalie came over to see if everything went well. It is extremely rare to get that level of customer service. They both were fast, efficient, and as kind and caring as you could ever hope to be treated. It was a pleasure to have that amazing interaction with these two rare souls!!?”

“57 reviews. One one star and one two star. The one star is a random that does not like HOAs (we are a co-op, which is different from an HOA). The two-srar (Laurie B) is an owner and also an employee.
The Board that she criticizes is pretty much the same Board that gave her special dispensation for an owner to be employed by the association. No good deed goes unpunished.”
