“I just left the Verizon store on State Rd 70 in Bradenton. I haven't even left the store yet. I'm sitting in my car and I have to leave this review. Kenton and Taylor were absolutely incredible. Not only were they so helpful and friendly but they really know their job. They are both so knowledgeable. You can tell they have integrity when it comes to their job. I've been a customer Verizon for about 25 years and I've never been so happy leaving a store. Thank you, Kenton and Taylor you both are amazing. Keep up the hard work. “Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. Again Samantha is amazing and really handles situations the best and always takes care of me and my family anytime we have a problem or situation because she knows her stuff unlike that lady who clearly hates her life lol..”

The staffers were professional and polite, and made it simple for her to select a great new phone, service and phone protection plan. They transferred her cell number from the prior provider, and set up the new phone.

“I frequently stop here omw home for work to pick up evening libations and get a quick snack before dinner. My roommate and I asked that they have some buffalo rollers and taquitos on the hotdog rollers in the evening so we could grab them as snacks and now whenever we stop in (4-5 times a week) they are always in fresh supply. Friendly staff, and typical 7-11 offerings. They also always have Italian Classic subs which I appreciate.”

“I left a one star review because I was POSITIVE the cashier shorted my husband $10 in change. I searched the car. Drove back to 7-11. Questioned the cashier like I was on Dateline. The VERY NEXT DAY, a coworker opened the passenger door and a CRISPY $10 flew out like evidence being released.
And yet… here we are. MONTHS later. Me just now realizing I never updated the review. I DID go in person to apologize to her though. The cashier was innocent. The register was innocent. The only suspect was me and my Florida woman behavior. Updating to five stars. My sincerest apologies to the staff, the cashier, and the internet. Please let the record reflect I am the problem.”
