“Ask for Danny! My wife and I came to T-Mobile to discuss switching from another provider to lower our monthly bill. Even though there was a line, we were still kindly greeted by two of the employees who were working with customers and were told they’d be with us shortly. Danny was really polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was up front about any additional fees so we weren’t blindsided halfway through the process. He was patient with us while we took time to decide if we wanted to switch providers. Danny made sure the transition went smoothly and that our new phones and watches mirrored the set up from our old devices so we had nothing to worry about or figure out on our own when we got home. So far we haven’t had any issues with lack of coverage or slow internet speed. If you come to this store ask for Danny, he’ll make sure you’re getting the best service and deal.”

“I have to say today was a breeze. Last night the screen on my phone just went green, barely could see anything. We took it to spectrum making an appointment in advance(totally recommend doing). We walked in and it was so busy but when we signed in because of our appointment we were bumped to the top. Chris helped us, and oh my god he made it so easy to replace my phone. Even was able to get my Apple ID password that I forgot ? he was great and so helpful today, I love my new phone.”

“Our rep was Aaron. He was pleasant and patient. When we arrived he told us that when his client comes back he will have to take care of her (she left and had to come back). Which, we were fine with. When she arrived he was almost done with us so he continued with us but still tried to help her. She was an elderly lady and he offered her a seat by the counter while she waited.”
