“I am part of a club on FGCU campus. We worked with Jaime Long and she was excellent!!! I know the club accounts are a bit niche and she was very knowledgeable and she was very thorough to explain the process. Jaime also helped to link the account to online banking, which she did not have to do!
She deserves a promotion because I have even worked with Premiers at other branches that were not anywhere close to as knowledgeable as she was!
I came in a few weeks ago as well to set up the appointment and she specifically remembered who I was. You just do not find service like that anymore.

I highly Recommend speaking with Gavin at bonita springs off corkscrew . I have had wells fargo for 8 years & sometimes it's just the little things that count . “I need it an ATM card urgently I walked in at closing the representative Melanie Filarche greeted me with a smile The ATM cards are usually assigned to them and she was out, but she went out of the way to get ia card for another employee that was closing as well the employee gave her an ATM card that she can use for me.
This is a perfect example of a person that cares about their customers and their job, that regardless of the time that I came in, I never saw on her face a gesture of bothersome. I thank her and walked out at 5:02 That’s what I call lightning service, quick and efficient and no complaints”
