“I am part of a club on FGCU campus. We worked with Jaime Long and she was excellent!!! I know the club accounts are a bit niche and she was very knowledgeable and she was very thorough to explain the process. Jaime also helped to link the account to online banking, which she did not have to do!

She deserves a promotion because I have even worked with Premiers at other branches that were not anywhere close to as knowledgeable as she was!

I came in a few weeks ago as well to set up the appointment and she specifically remembered who I was. You just do not find service like that anymore.

“Blown away today by the customer service my girlfriend and I received today when opening an account together ! After dealing with rude workings telling us no we couldn’t open an account today because they were closing soon at the last minute we stopped into this location . They too were closing in about a half hour and still we were able to open and account with Rochelle today after being greeted by Josh the branch manager . “I got a new TRUIST Debit Card and had problems to add to my iPhone and Apple Watch. Usually it is absolutely simple to add cards to your iPhone and watch but not when you have a phone with a German setup and SIM card and try to add a US Debit Card!

I went into this branch I have never been to before - I was greeted with a friendly smile from Daniela R. - I explained her my challenges with the iPhone setup. She verified my identity called the TRUIST support and tried everything to make this work. She also got support from Lindsey (I guess her supervisor) - super friendly, super helpful.

Long story short.. service is not a department, service and support is an attitude- and this is what those two ladies showed me today.

I left the branch as a happy TRUIST customer with a working Apply pay function on my phone and watch. THANK YOU!”
