“I have always had a great experience at Helzberg Diamond. Except the last time I went there we purchased an anniversary ring, the wife wanted to have her engagement ring clean (that’s an added service at checkout time)then was told that we had no record in computer system, so there would be a cost for that service. I felt hurt and a little embarrassed, went home found an insurance form on her engagement rings, we informed the store the manager at the FL store (Dan) took it on him self to find our records. He called us back that day to say they found the records, my wife had her ring clean free of charge so I thanked Dan for his assistance and interest in our issue, you see its our 40th anniversary so she is happy, I am happy Thanks Dan.”
