SO KIND ) Emmy at the register was amazing !! Had a return and so much to purchase .. seeing workers with smiles and patience around this time of year is rare but the employees in this store ALL make it a great environment! “good store, inventory, prices etc. however, the staff needs to let you shop. I was trying on polos and was checked on at least 4x. It was overkill and it was more annoying than helpful. It's likely that I would've bought 3 or 4 polos but got frustrated with the constant check-ins bought 1 and left. I get the customer service effort but geez please leave me alone in the dressing room. I'll stick with online shipping.”

“I had the roughest experience shopping online. I had to come exchange some items for a different size (the same item just smaller) so I went to the store due to online not having any sizes. Due to having got them while they were on promo I had to call customer service to try and get an even exchange at the store but they were NO HELP AT ALL . I DON’T recommend shopping online , they’re customer service will not be of any help if they are out of items online. thanks to Marvin at store 30509 he turned my experience around and helped me get my items exchanged. Marvin has GREAT customer service and should personally get a raise or reward for dealing with the mess of online service”
“Just stopped by the Hurley store today and I wasn’t disappointed. My family vacations to Florida from Indiana every year and we always stop by this outlet mall. This store is my absolute favorite as the prices and options are amazing. I didn’t get the names of the staff, but the man and woman working today were great and even helped me get a better deal for what I was buying. Visit this store if you ever stop by this mall.”
“Could this store get any cuter? It’s spring time and the swimwear line is adorable for everyone in the family. They are known for their well defined trousers and cool tees, but this time around, I was intrigued by their swimwear cover ups, rattan sandals and clutches. They also had an array of jewelry on hand, as well as hair accessories. This store was packed when I got there and kept busy.”

Visited mid-week, it wasn’t too busy, making it easy to browse and try things on. Friendly staff, smooth checkout, and rotating inventory make this a worthwhile stop. Not every visit brings legendary loot, but when the sales align, the savings are strong.”

If you want a particular item or color, they may not have it, but their selection is very large. Great store with friendly employees and a great location at Miromar.”
“I went to brooks brothers to get my oldest a suit for her prom, and they helped us do that in a way that went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of heart I will never be able to repay his kindness and I hope he finds many blessings in he’s life time. I wish I got his name so I could shout him out and everyone knows what amazing people brooks brothers has working for them. We got a women’s black suit with a sleeveless shirt and a navy tie.”
“Aerie is the girly version of American Eagle Outfitters. I like to come inside and look at their leggings, bralettes and underwear. I have bought from them before, and their clothing pieces are very comfortable. Came in a few days back just to look. The styles change through the different seasons. These days I am seeing a lot of neons and bright colors for summer. I did not wind up buying anything, but everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Sweet girls working inside with great personalities too.”
