“I had the roughest experience shopping online. I had to come exchange some items for a different size (the same item just smaller) so I went to the store due to online not having any sizes. Due to having got them while they were on promo I had to call customer service to try and get an even exchange at the store but they were NO HELP AT ALL . I DON’T recommend shopping online , they’re customer service will not be of any help if they are out of items online. thanks to Marvin at store 30509 he turned my experience around and helped me get my items exchanged. Marvin has GREAT customer service and should personally get a raise or reward for dealing with the mess of online service”

“I walked in there looking for jeans with wide straight legs. This young lady greeted me, her name is Tatianna. She was friendly and patient with me. She showed me the 501 jeans and ribcage, but they didn't have my size in store. She even took the time to check if they had my size online, but they were out of stock she was so sweet.”

“My wife and I go there a lot to pick up items we need but a lot of times we just go there for entertainment, but we always come out of there with something. One thing I really enjoy is the quick check out. There are a lot of stores that I don’t use much because it takes so long to get out. Kmart used to drive me crazy because I would buy stuff and they would have 23 registers and only two or three would be staffed.”

“Just stopped by the Hurley store today and I wasn’t disappointed. My family vacations to Florida from Indiana every year and we always stop by this outlet mall. This store is my absolute favorite as the prices and options are amazing. I didn’t get the names of the staff, but the man and woman working today were great and even helped me get a better deal for what I was buying. Visit this store if you ever stop by this mall.”

“Had a great experience at Vans today. Not only did we find shoes that we wanted on sale. Found some really cool sunglasses and some socks. All super cheap and really nice. We had the best sales associate. Her name was Daisy. She was super helpful. Did more than she needed to do bent over backwards and could not have been nicer. Overall a fantastic shopping experience. Make sure when you go in ask for Daisy. She will take good care of you.”

“The store is clean, well-lit, and the staff is super friendly! I popped in for a UV protectant shirt and Maria pointed us right to it. She explained the different styles, colors, and showed us what to look for to make sure the shirt provided what we needed. She even informed us of the in-store promotions on the shirt. Very pleased! “Shout out to the young store clerks today who were so kind, attentive and courteous. It was refreshing to go into a clothing store and be greeted by every clerk we encountered and not feel as if we were inconveniencing them or disrupting their “cell phone time.” What a pleasant experience we had. The young man who rang us out even complimented my 7yo daughter on what a beautiful shirt she picked out. So many clothing stores we go into employ young adults who have very little social skills so KUDOS to Abercrombie and Abercrombie Kids at this location for doing it all right!! Keep up the great work!”

“Wonderful Vineyard Vines outlet store at Miromar. Lots of clothes on clearance with an additional savings off. Everything in store is on sale with an additional savings. Tons of holiday t shirts. If you want a particular item or color, they may not have it, but their selection is very large. Great store with friendly employees and a great location at Miromar.”

“A few weeks ago we stopped in on a Saturday evening, the Caucasian lad was taking care of everyone and engaging with everyone on the sales floor. Fast forward three weeks we’re at the store again on a Saturday to buy some French cuff shirts. The two people working ignored everyone who walked in, and were to busy speaking to eachother to help us, I get it’s an outlet but you can at least say hello to us. We didn’t end up buying anything because I felt really uncomfortable being in there.. I would give a lower rating for yesterday but the store was super clean and that experience a few weeks ago was truly amazing- alone on a Saturday and he was able to make sure every person was taken care of.”
