“This is definitely the MOST friendly Hot Topic in the South Florida region! I mean, they are just the most helpful and considerate when it comes to aiding customers in their challenges and questions. The selection is here is the usual Hot Topic (though perhaps a bit smaller than I would like) but that is okay! I’ve purchased many “drip” like band shirts here and it’s always a great time! I definitely would recommend this Hot Topic!”

“These guys are GREAT!!! I was going to my aunts 90 th birthday driving from Miami and 7 miles out of Napl.es I realized I left my clothing bag with my suit tie and shirt at home . My wife googled this store and I was doubtful I would find anyone who could get me fitted in less than 24 hours. The salesperson was patient with my needs and within 40 minutes I was paying for a suit that would be hemmed a shirt and tie that I was complimented on at the event. I was hesitant going into the store but grateful upon my departure . They e.ben steamed my shirt so I didn't even need to Iron anything . Probably the best experience of buying a suit even with the worst conditions. I do not write good or bad reviews often but these guys were so good and I was so not a great customer going in to the situation. Also when I went back to pick up my clothes he find reading glasses that I had left behind.Thank you so much Mens palace!!”

“This review is to thank Diana for her exceptional customer service. I went to Macy’s on December 23rd to buy my Mom’s Christmas gift and Diana was so nice, very helpful. I returned to Macy’s on December 24th because I need two more gifts. Diana was busy with other customers so Juliana was somewhat trying to assist me. Not a second out of the time I was there she had a smile in her face, beyond rude, almost like she didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to help anyone. Other customers that were standing by my side also made comments of why she had such an attitude and looked so angry. I decided to walk away and asked Diana to please help me when she was done. She certainly did, with the biggest smile on her face. Thank you Diana, for such a pleasant experience at Macy’s this holiday season. “Aéro is a staple in malls around America. This store at Coastland Mall is actually a very good one! Prices are fair and you can usually find great sales/deals regularly. Staff was helpful and attentive, store was busy but very clean and organized. Perfect place to go school shopping for the kids and they have many sizes and colors in uniforms to chose from. Music wasn't to loud like most stores that are designed for the "millenials"... Will be going back”
