“I have never been to the chiefland Save-A-Lot until this day. I was really grateful for the prices on the groceries. The store was organized, wide isle and an incredible selection to choose from. I couldn't believe the prices!! Great job Save-A-Lot. This will be one of my first stores I stopped when I go grocery shopping. I actually got 5 lb of beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful pork chops. I could not believe how beautiful all the pork chops were underneath the top ones. I was definitely not disappointed on the shopping trip.”
“I went to the new one outside of old town. It was quite large and the workers were very friendly. There was an array of things i hadn't seen in other Dollar Generals”

“I only shop here when I can afford to pay too much...this particular location has a bathroom in back that has some loud machinery on the other side of the wall and the sound is so creepy and consuming that it freaks me out to the point where I don't go in there...I feel some kind of way just walking back towards it! But they have really nice flowers and such on the other side...”
“They are really not that low in prices. They are as much in prices like gas stations store. And their isles are always partly blocked with items that need to be place on the shelf. Other than that the store is really good and hardly any shelf are really empty. And actually not that much of a selection on other items of the same brands or other brands.”

“The staff is nice and I usually have no problem finding what I need when I go in. They also have a self checkout lane which is helpful, but can be hard to get to, if the line is too long. The self checkout lane should not be used for anything which requires your ID to purchase because the cashier has to step away from their register and verify the ID, which slows everything down. Thank you ?”
“I like Dollar General, you can find good deals here. You can purchase food items, shelf and refrigerated/freezer foods. Their biggest downside is the lines. You will almost always wait in line. Only one register.”
“Pleasant environment, super clean, selection adequate. One drawback, to pricey. Still have to stretch a dollar. Sorry, I still had to finish my shopping at Walmart. Spent at OTFM $61. Walmart $155.”

“This Winn-Dixie store in high Springs gives good old-fashioned customer service. They are great. I was getting ready for my eight year old godson's birthday. They gave the college try in getting the helium balloons filled. They are always helpful when I need it.Their prices are pretty low also compared to Publix.”
“I basically live vicariously through Walmart. Buy absolutely everything here. If you want or need it they probably have it and the pharmacy is great and so is the deli cook since he’s my husband. And he loooves his job and Walmart is his home away from home and of course working with the women doesn’t hurt him none! Hahaha ? love me some Walmart!!”
“I'm not exactly a Wal-martian (I just came up with this term and no you can't steal it), but the hubs and I needed stuff while on vacation and came here. We were surprised by how clean and neat everything was. The lady at the self-checkout even talked to us and told us which machines were cash only. (In south Florida, I've tried to get help at self checkout but the girl couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone.) We mostly purchased foodstuffs so I can't comment on the rest of the store, but it was actually a good experience and while visiting I would definitely return here.”
